Shocking, absolutely shocking.Do not waste your time with this poor excuse of a restaurant.Ordered through just eat, it arrived before the scheduled time which was pleasant surprise. But the food was lukewarm and missing bread to a dip. What good is dip without bread?Called the number of the restaurant on the email but not in service so call just eat. They call the restaurant who do not offer to refund, only send the bread which by now is pointless. So, missing food and the restaurant made no effort to make up for their mistake. What food there was was average at best. Will never use this joke of a place again and strongly advise anyone thinking about it to look elsewhere

Terrible mezze, nothing like Turkish food at all. Everything we ordered was either bland or actually unpleasant. The bread was just cheap white pitta warmed up. Not worth wasting your money or your time visiting. There are other Turkish restaurants nearby and they can't be worse than this place. No idea how this place has such good ratings.

We had a wonderful evening here celebrating one of our friend’s birthday on a Friday night at the red room. The food was of an outstanding quality and reasonably priced. The belly-dancing entertainment was amazing and also audience-engaging, which added some extra fun to it :)We brought our own alcohol, which really helped to save a few ££.Great atmosphere with gorgeous Lebanese/Turkish décor and friendly and efficient service.I look forward to coming back here again soon.

I booked the "Red Room" for my girlfriend's surprise birthday for a large group booking. The staff at the restaurant were fast and extremely friendly, allocated specifically to us. The food was excellent and there was even a belly dancer for our entertainment!Thank you for making it an amazing evening - highly recommended to everyone!

+ The food was LOVELY, the staff were friendly, and we'd definitely go again! - Service was a little slow to start with - our starters arrived before our drinks - but this may have been because there was a large party at another table. Also the restaurant didn't receive our pre-order form, so one of our party didn't get the dessert that she'd requested (although she did enjoy the alternative!).

Thoroughly impressive evening (second visit), the mixed mezze starter was delicious and the main of mixed shish cooked and spiced well, not greasy or fatty if you like this type of unhealthy food then this isn't the place for you, I even loved the salad with the dill. The service was light and friendly, a charismatic and chatty waiter served us and we also were assisted by another waitress who was very helpful when we asked her a few questions. The evening was clam and relaxed, I previously visited on the weekend which had a contract in terms of the ambiance and more party-like. Excellent value for money with a reasonable corkage.

I went for my Birthday Meal last night on Saturday the 1st of February & was welcomed on arrival by a friendly waiter & was feeling really hopeful that this service would live up to the reviews I read & decided to come here because of this. But unfortunately this optimism was short lived as we were completely ignored & the service was totally non-existent.The only contact we had with any staff was when they asked us to leave promptly at 23.00 Hours. This I couldn't understand as no one came near us once to ask the mandatory question of how was your meal or was everything Ok ? This was made worse by the fact that I mentioned this when booking & we had desecrate Balloons but no one came over to acknowledge even politely a birthday wish. On top of this, they said they'd charge us £10 to allow us have our own beautiful hand made cake, which we all felt very excessive & has never happened to any of us before when eating in many Restaurants across London. So unfortunately it was a bad Birthday meal experience as normally staff would just acknowledge you especially on your Birthday. We also felt our table of 10 didn't seem to matter as the other groups where left to enjoy staying on longer & showed no signs of having to leave as promptly as us, which made my party feel less unimportant. My other niggle was that there was only one lady's toilet which had no toilet paper even if it was the end of the night, It's a real no-no for me in a restaurant. On a good note I really liked the food & the decor. It is just such a shame that the lack of service let this restaurant down so badly.

I've always admired the Turkish food and this restaurants falls into my favorite ones. The food is lovely and quite variable, not too greasy like you'd imagine. Service is fast and adequate and there are even Belly dance nights on Friday and Saturday.

Extremely poor customer service. Alarming unprofessionalism. We brought a large party of 16 people to this restaurant. Several of my friends ordered "Silk Route" dish. It was tasteless and the description in the menu did not reflect what the dish truly tasted like. When we tried to return the dishes, we were met with resistance. This dish was exchanged for another for at least 3 people - of which we are very appreciative. However, the owner who was present on the occasion was extremely rude and condescending. In fact, she was frankly discourteous and extremely unprofessional. Me, along with all my friends present, have had a very bad experience and our evening out was ruined.Thank you,

Inexpensive and fun! I visited last saturday and had such a fantastic time with my mates. The food was nice with good portions size, we all really liked the mezzes and shared meats feast platters. The fun surprise was the unexpected belly dancing, made it an upbeat mood, people were dancing whilst she was dancing and it was a great show. You can BYO so cheap, staff chatty in a nice way.
