A little on the expensive side and not the biggest of bagels.Ordered the poppy seed bagel with smoke salmon, egg, cream cheese and avocado and it came to almost £6. Wouldn't haven't commented if this was a meal deal price and larger in size but it wasn't so was left feeling a little underwhelmed.The bagel itself was good.....but wasn't overall satisfied.Also not nice seeing the manageress speak to her fellow two female colleagues in a slightly degrading way. The new Indian girl on the till looked so stressed given that she appeared new and the other lady was being told she'd have to pay for the equipment if she broke it.Clearly forgets that customers are watching hi you treat your employees and can hear everything.

Could put a bit more care into putting the bagels together. Bit sloppy for the price.

Saddest bagel ever. I asked for salmon and avocado without mayo, not without avocado. By the time I found out I was already inside the train. Do not recommend.

Dry bagels with wafer thin slices of beef made a couple of really poor value meal deals costing ￡15. Only reason this place deserves 1 star is for the 1 out of 3 staff who was friendly.

Went for Halloumi Melt: Multigrain bagel stuffed with Halloumi, tomatoes, rocket and mint yogurt! Lovely fresh taste halloumi cooked well!! Definitely recommend.

Just bought a couple of simple bagels, so can't tell about their skills of making sandwiches. I was welcomed with a smile and friendliness. Was offered a hot drink too. The girls work very good.

Bought a smoked salmon bagel for £4.69, the bagel was not wrapped properly at all and it was cut poorly with almost no salmon to be seen on top, it came out of the poor wrapping losing half of it on the floor as soon as I left the store. Poor experience not buying again. Rather support a small business than these poor excuses for businesses.

Yummy bagels, can be a bit hard sometimes. They offer vegan cream cheese as well! Great place to just grab a smack while passing through Canary Wharf station.

Three staffs but really lousy...no other customer in front of me still wait for long time. If you rush to take train, highly not recommend to buy here. One staff keeps talking on phone while the other making bagel very slowly. Don’t respect customer’s time at all. Bad service. Never buy again.

Bagels looked good and nice selection on offer. My interaction with the team wasn’t great - ordered a tea and it was served with milk when I explained the order was incorrect I was told it said white tea on the ticket, I asked for it to be remade which it was. Service also seemed quite slow and only a handful of us in the store.
