Pizzas are great. Thinnish base with good crust and chew, with no hint of doughiness you get from some places. Toppings are good quality. They are expensive, but worth it. If you live close, collect your pizza as it always means you get it at its best.

We ordered a pizza today, their restauarnt is less than 1km from our flat. It took AN HOUR (30min longer than restaurant promised on Deliveroo), pizza arrived cold, and when we called in to complain, the restaurant was very blase about it and said pizza can get cold and there is nothing they can do about it.

This place used to be good but now it has clearly fallen behind and has shifted to a greater focus on cost of ingredients whilst trying to retain premium pizza prices. Bought the big green one pizza and sadly all of it was full of grit (not sure if from mushrooms or unwashed rocket salad). The sourdough, is also not that great, even your street chains franco manca and pilgrims are doing better doughs than this one.Bottom line is this used to be a pizza place made by pizza lovers. Now it’s just a business.

Ordered a medium Margherita and the owner served me was very polite.Told me he had just bought the business. The pizza arrived very hot,and was so good I wished I’d ordered the Extra large.Very tasty mouth watering pizza and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever eaten. The chef who was cooking the pizzas was Italian keep up your amazing work!

Best tasting pizza! Whenever I'm in town I make sure that if I can I order from here. The bases are crisp, light, full of flavour and delicious, always taste so fresh. Rarely ever eat pizza but these are an occasion, delivery can be irritating if ordering with a 3rd party but thats not the fault of the pizzeria.

Ordered the margarita 10” pizza and it was pretty tasty. Also ordered garlic bread with cheese. For a starter we got a caprese salad which was weird as it was just fresh mozzarella and sliced tomatoes in a small plastic deli container. We decided to mix them by adding to garlic pizza/bread and it turned out quite delicious.

Basilico = no Basil! Oh, the irony, I ordered EXTRA basil on my pizza and got a naked tomato base instead. The explanation received was that they ran out of ingredients ‘they may help you out on your next order’. Perhaps call your customer and confirm if they are happy with a meal missing key ingredients in the first place / offer an alternative? No fault of the delivery driver who did what he could. What kind of pizza shop calls themselves Basilico but has no basil?! Awaiting my refund...

So excited to find a great pizza place within walking distance of our hotel. This thin, brick fired, fresh ingredient pizza has a new twist on ingredients and tasted Amazing! Staff was friendly. Prices were good. My favorite part was the pizza twists with spicy tomato dipping sauce!!
