Burger King in Tower Hamlets

Dirty floor and tables, displeasant staff. Beverage fountain only serves coke but no one warns you during the order. Warm burger instead of hot. Definitely the worst BG ever tasted! Move on, nothing's good here.

I've avoided burger king for about 6 years (due to previous bad experiences at other branches). Got some fries and a drink here as I was 2 hours early for a dinner reservation. They were piping hot and have definitely improved. Staff were chatty and friendly too.

Good food. But the place is ordinary. Just table and chair. Better to eat outside. Staff not so friendly. They do not have proper system with people ordering and drivers collecting foods.

I tried the plant whopper. When I had a bite, the buns started cracking and tearing apart because they were so dry. So I had to place them on a plate and eat the burger like a salad.

Service was exemplary . Very good and courteous. The restaurant staff also acted with honesty and integrity in safeguarding and returning my wallet that I left at the restaurant. Excellent. Thank you again to the Manager and staff.

Tables not sanitaze, rude staff and they said that the toilet is not for customers and the door was locked 🙄... unbelievable... this people let down big companies with no customer facing skills whatsoever and the burger bred and meat dry as hell don't you ever go there

Good service but my burger came slathered in mayonnaise making it difficult to eat. Have been to better Burger Kings.

The environment is not the greatest alot of rubbish outside it and sometimes has a weird smell lingering inside. Other than that great quick service and staff go around cleaning after you.

We ordered from here via deliveroo, food was good, nothing missing and was tasty. Would order again if passing through for something quick.

Recently I went there couple of time and found everything as normal. But due to Covid-19 situation no facilities to eat in, which may also normal for the situation. However, quiet decent place and found customer services are okay, hence I like the place.
