Byblos Harbour in Tower Hamlets

Had dinner at Byblos Harbour last week and also tried Shisha for the first time. The food was lovely, chicken was cooked to perfection accompanied by rice and salad on the side. We also decided to get a Shisha and we were allowed to pick the strength and flavour for the Shisha and it was an amazing experience overall. We were also given blankets as we had to sit outside (Shishas not being allowed inside) which we appreciated as it kept us warm while being there.Thank you for the excellent customer service and to the person who gave us the Shisha for being so kind to allow is to keep it for longer, even though we were the last customers there and they were closing! Would definetly recommend both for food and Shisha.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced ! Staff are thieves !! Me and my friends paid the bill by cash and took it to the till. As we were leaving the restaurant a member of the staff approached to us and told us only half of the bill was paid. We were a group of 5 girls and were 100% sure that the correct amount of cash was put in the wallet. members of the staff accused us of not paying and had to pay again. We requested for cctv footage to be shown and they refused to show us the footage as it was only accessible by the manager. We called the manager and requested for the footage to be ready the next day which he promised he will but later on decided to inform us that the cameras were not working. We wanted the police to attend the scene and this request was also rejected!! We were told we should leave and close the conversation. We were shouted at and verbally harassed by the staff in front of all the customers. We will be taking legal proceedings against this company for the emotional damage they have caused !!

Fantastic food! Love their humus and garlic sauce is real masterpiece! ;)

Ordered via UberEats. Mixed grill was dry and meat was like rubber. Wings were over cooked one was inedible. Waste of money.

Lovely setting for an evening meal, great friendly staff. Nice touch with sheesha bar out side, will return and recommend.

Lovely atmosphere friendly service and very tasty food., having lunch abd view of the river perfect combination. For sheesha lovers you can also enjoy sheesha outside on the decked area with the river view.

Taking my food critic to the next level. Service was mediocre, staff should know when to attend customers. Also, some items on the menu, they did not have so had to change order 3x. Seating area seemed unclean, otherwise food I ordered seemed okay - 6/10. The minced Lamb kebab tasted like your ordinary PFC sheekh kebab, rice tasted scrumptious as it had vermicelli with it and sauces tasted amazing!

Went with team for lunch. Restaurant not impressive when you first enter, but service friendly, food lovely and plenty. If you want a 3 course meal, you will have to pace yourself. The grilled chicken was dry. But overall a lovely place to eat and relax.
