Caroline's Pizza in Tower Hamlets

I have been a regular customer and what I experience today was an absolute nightmare. After waiting 45 minutes for the delivery the pizza came mashed up in the box. See photo below.I called the shop back and they said they was going to send another one and it will be about 30 minutes.30 minutes passed and the delivery arrived. The delivery driver then started an argument as he was not happy that he had to bring another pizza back. He stated that the box was big. We'll that's because it's an 18 inch pizza which I think explains why it's a big box. After paying £18.50p I don't expect it to arrive it this condition.Because of this I will be going elsewhere as this is far from acceptable.

always got my order right, collection price is unbeatable, pizzaz are great and so os customer service.

Vegetarian pizza was really good and cheap. I would add more salt to make it tastier, though. Customer service was very good and the guy who attended us was very nice and with a contagious smile. Recommended place.

Their customer service and price was good before. Recently they increased their price and their customers service go down too. Pizza quality down 5-15%.

Burned garlic bread and pizzas. They didn't even slice properly. Called the guy to complain. He was not interested. Arrogant.Avoid if you do not want to be sick.

Ordered via just eat. My order never arrived, I never got any update or call. They never answered my multiple calls, and when I contacted just eat they told me that my order was marked as complete.Just don't waste your time ordering from this restaurant, pick another one. They don't care for their customers.

I had the most disgusting pizza ever. Spent nearly £30 on 2 pizzas and some sides. The meat pizza hardly had any pepperoni in it, some slices had no pepperoni and they were really tight with the beef. The "cheese and tomato " pizza tastes weird as they out far too much cheese and I could not taste any tomato base whatsoever. The chips were drenched in oil. This left my family and I very hungry and had to get food elsewhere. Needless to say I won't be returning again and would rather spend my money somewhere else.

Taste decent but some of the tastes can be missed because of the cheese it can taste extremely dry. However in other occasions this place can make great meat based pizzas rather then the chicken.

First and last time ordering from here, the food arrived really late was not warm enough to taste anything. Really disappointed with the quality and service, i wont recommend this place at all.

With all due respect guys, delivery was on time the pizza came piping hot but the pizza tasted like cardboard box- No flavour at all, garlic bread had no taste of garlic, chicken wings looked like they were pigeon wings, coleslaw was mediocre and drink was the best thing. Hence "one star" for giving us a 1.7 litre drink instead of a 1.5- I had ordered from Carolina Pizza after 15 years and now I think I can close the book on you guys- I hope you guys the very best of luck in the near future. kind regards
