It's a nice place, but the gas was off, so we had flat beers, flat tonics and flat cokes. We asked if there was a problem with the gas, and they checked and said "yes, apologies, we'll replace the cannister now" but wouldn't give us a refund or replace our flat drinks! Not a cheap place either, so pretty disappointing.2 stars because the music was good and the service was fast.

Dirty. Poor service. Weak drinks. No happy hour. Prices for what you get are extortion. Will never come again. Beer flys in drinks and flys bugs flying around. Seats ripped. Poss the worst shoreditch bar I've ever been in

Was charged the ā€˜deluxe spirit & mixer 50ml’ price of Ā£12.50 each for two Jameson’s and ginger ales. Wasn’t asked if I wanted a single or double so assume it was a single. Way overpriced. Queried with bar staff and they said that’s what it is. Many better, more regular priced bars in the area.

Great location with massive windows to watch the world go by ... E1 IPA, cocktails and vibr

This is the worst place I've ever been - I entered into the place and they forced me to buy a drink to be able to leave. They didn't even tell me that it is apparently mandatory to get a drink once you get into the place. Awful service and awful management team!

Worst bar on the strip I genuinely think they don't like peole of colour, even tho the owner is ! My white and Italian friend were treated so well but me and other friend were treated as if we weren't there.. I wasn't even allowed to use the bathroom till I bought a drink. If the French manger is there your OK and would be treated OK at best but any of the other girls are there just leave, your better off drinking from a drain. Rasict and overpriced

Expensive even for the area and the drinks were average. Also there was a very unpleasent smell inside and the decor needs updating. The food menu was very limited and questionable as well since it didn't look like there were any kitchen facilities?

Well, an interesting experience! We saw the windows outside suggesting pizza, burgers, loaded fries...sounded like it would be a great gastro style menu. We went in, staff and manager all very lovely and friendly, asked if serving food and we were told they were. We ordered our drinks, not too bad a price for London and tasted pretty good. There was a menu on the table, literally looked like a menu you may find for those cheap, quick sports deals in pubs, burger & chips, wings and chips, about 8 things on there. We asked if there was a full menu to be informed that was it! No pizza, no loaded fries...not what we were expecting!! But it was late, my birthday and we wanted to concentrate on catching up with my childhood friend for the celebration, so we ordered. About 15 mins after order we were informed no cheese for my burger. Disapointing. Then another 20 mins passed, still no food. My friend asked originally, we had made a joke of they must be off to fetch it from down the road, turns out, we were half right, it had been 'ordered' and they were waiting on deliveroo to turn up with it!!! 😳 this was the point if we didn't laugh we'd cry! The manager then informed us normally they only take about half an hour, we were told none of this when ordered, or we wouldn't have! So, the manager gave us a round of shots as my birthday and was apologetic, only reason they get 2 stars! Another 15 mins passed and our takeaway turned up, in our takeaway boxes! Quite embarassing having people stare at you as in a pub eating a takeaway! My wife had wings, me and my friend had a burger, and after tasting it were very jealous of my wife, her wings were hot and nice, all our fries were cold and the burgers VERY dry, I had no salad, my friend ended up with basically a whole onion! However, can't review where the food was made as no idea!!! But maybe change your deliveroo options! Literally your service alone saved you from a 1 star!

Good value for money! Went there to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and we purchased the Ā£50 pound pack which includes 10 beers and a bottle of Prosecco! Very good price for the money!Additionally, the staff is very friendly and helpful! When we had an issue with some people refusing to social distance and insisting to sit on the same sofa with us (even if they had chairs at the table), they first tried to convince the people to follow the rules. Seeing that they don’t get anywhere with them, they offered us another table.

Ideal for a pit stop after a walk up Brick Lane on a Sunday.Inside it's got an old Parisian feel, all red velvet booths, 1920-30s music and proper coffee. The unisex toilets all look like early 20th century cistern with weird shaped seats.I'd definitely pop it again, it was really laid back and easy to sit and watch people go by,
