Amazing salads always had one too bad it was always empty maybe that's why they closed but I loved them hope they open again

They are very inconsistent with their fish ingredients. Today has been the last day I buy something there. They tend to have “roast” salmon raw and prawn as well

I tried this place for the fist time today and had a super grain salad with edamame and tuna. Portion was good and initially the taste was great, unfortunately though, after a while, I noticed that something was not quite right especially when chewing the raw tuna (maybe it was a bit gone off).. after about one hour my belly was emitting strange noises and I had to run to the toilet.... last time I had a diarrhoea I was in Thailand and it was food intoxication...

Slightly depressing plastic packed salads. Just go round to the Boots chiller section for similar. If looking for a decent salad, I recommend heading over to Grateful Kitchen nearby if you have time.

Absolutely terrible!!second day in a row I bought their scrambled egg and they gave me just about 3 mouthful if eggs. The pot was only half full including the two toppings that I ordered kn the side.

I am usually a regular here and generally spend upwards of £20 a week on salad... However recently, the value for money is shockingly bad - I thought it was an off day at first but it's now nearly a daily occurrence... Lots of leaves - but very little of anything else - until I hear that things have changed am taking my cash somewhere else!!!

Charged me £1 more than the price quoted when I handed my food across. Gave me a damaged bag (apparently) without noticing. When I pointed that out and asked for a working bag she transferred my food with what seemed like a lot of resentment and bad grace. I only heard a sorry when I pointed out she’d left one item in the damaged bag. The food is reasonable but not worth the prices charged and definitely not worth the poor customer service. Disappointing.

I usually go there to grab lunch, I tried to grab dinner using TooGoodToGo app which is supposed to help reduce food waste, by discounting items that would go to bin otherwise.The guy working there had behaving as if he was making me a favour, he actually refused to give me a bag saying "no it's too cheap"Sometimes I skip taking a bag when I grab food normally, and I don't see any difference it would have made to give a customer a bag.Also, the food is actually worth the discounted price, because it was made few hours ago, and was going to the bin, so I don't see any justification of such behaviour.

Staff are very inattentive and don't know anything about the customer service. Last evening I had to wait like 5 minutes to be served and there was a girl working there who seemed to be more interested in her own stuff. She took the payment with an angry face expression. Won't visit again.
