We went for lunch, placed order and waiting, but from the beginning we noticed that the lady who were taking order was very rude. She said, we have to wait long and we said ok but she was repeating same thing very rudely later we left without serving.She is a disgraceful and pathetic women for any business.

Used to have good portions at an affordable price. Recently the prices have gone up, the portions have gone down and the quality has started slacking. Staff are more interested in having a conversation with each other over serving customers.

Black dot INSIDE the ice cube (they tried to say because it was fresh orange juice, but how could it be inside the ice?)Place didn't seem clean overall, panini was very bad, paid extra for salad and you can see what they gave me in the pictures, I would not recommend this placeAddressed the above with the staff and they didn't seem to care

I’m a regular customer here and today’s experience has completely put me off.I ordered a baguette with egg, sausage and Turkey. The egg had black residue all over, not burnt. I could tell it had been cooked on a dirty pan. There was a slither of Turkey which had been cut into small chunks and spread out.So my husband took it back and asked to retake the order.Further on received my new baguette; instantly I could tell it was thrown into the takeaway box. The filling was all over and under the baguette.Usually a young male serves us and has always given us excellent customer service; because of him we had always returned. We haven’t seen him in a while and since he has been away, the service had drastically dropped.Unfortunately, due to this incident we will not be coming back.

Ordered from Ubet Eats, The cafe gave the driver wrong order. So I had contacted the restaurant to tell them. the girl in front of house was very sorry, but the ''manager'' by the name of Abdul, his attitude was disgusting. Spoke over me non stop and was not helpful at all! And then he hang up on me whilst i was trying to explain to him. DO NOT order from this place, he does not deserve your hard earned money!!!!

Ordered some food from there. It arrived way later than what is was supposed to, obviously by then my food was cold. And the delivery driver was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Wich I did not understand. I pay for my service I'm kind myself so why coming with that street boy attitude (the man was even older than 20 for sure and spoke like a rebel 12 years old). Although my experience was very uncomfortable I think the restaurant may still be decent.

Nice local cafe to have all day halal breakfast and other typical cafe dishes. Close to mile end station and with parking available on local roads. Price is competitive and cheaper than a similar cafe close by, although the portion sizes are a little smaller. However the portions are more manageable. Decent service

Service was good. The only thing is that you can only have tea or a can drink:( and if you want another hot drink you have to pay the full amount. But as it is a full breakfast I think they should definitely add more hot drinks other than just English tea 😖

The customer service is amazing, the food really nice and the portion is very generous for the price you’re paying. Close to bus stop and train station. Definitely recommend it and I’d go back again anytime.

My partner and I always love having their breakfast. Really well presented and tastes really good too.The price is reasonable, their service is good too. There's also a great selection of soft drinks and smoothies. Definitely recommend it.
