Domino's Pizza in Tower Hamlets

The worst pizza store I've ever had to deal with in London. Constantly getting orders wrong, and delivering pizza super late. They deliver pizza in 1 hour 45 minutes on a Tuesday evening, and charge £1.99 for delivery. If you want to get a cold pizza, wrong order and wait 2 hours for it then I definitely recommend these useless people. To make it even worse, every time the order is late, they don't pick up the phone as soon as they recognise your number. Has happened to me multiple times. Also refuse to refund or compensate.

Went into dominoes to ask if their chicken is halal. The lady at the tills said their chicken is halal but they do not wear gloves when touching all toppings and that there is cross-contamination also. She also told me there is cross-contamination between the vegetables too and the meat. This is really unhygienic and appalling. As some customers may only be vegetarian.

Poor service from the guy on the phone saying if their delivery time is too long I should have collected. I paid more just so I didn't have to, that's the point of delivery. Avoid this dominoes

Terrible!!! Ordered 2 medium sized pizza and received a 10inch pizza instead of medium! The 2nd medium pizza was fine. However when we called to report this to them they tried to justify themselves and even started arguing with me. Will never order from there again!

Awful. Said it would be 30 mins and patiently waited through to 70 mins. When I rang to ask was met by an incredibly rude member of staff who said they were shortstaffed. Wouldn't have minded if they'd warned me it would be longer or been polite.

I have eaten a LOT of Domino's pizzas over the years both here in the UK and in Ireland and I have to say that pizzas from the Docklands store are the best I have ever had. The food always tastes great, there are no strange tastes on them (which is common when ovens aren't kept clean) and the food has always been very fast. Hands on heart I could say confidently that the Docklands store has produced some of the best tasting Domino's pizzas, hands down. I am not sure if it's because they have a high pizza turnover due to how densely populated it is here (meaning food is made/comes out quicker, hotter and fresher), but either way they have always been amazing. Out of the 20 or so pizzas I've had since living here, I would say only one was of a poor standard. Which, I think, is pretty good.Try not to be put off by the negative reviews. You will find that it's common for people to be outspoken when complaining but quiet when happy. Also, look at how spread out the review dates are. More spread out means they are small periodic incidents meaning they aren't indicative of continual failure over time.

Called to order a pizza, the customer service over the phone was extremely poor, they have no manners. This is not the first time experiencing this kind of bad service from this place. Always have issues delivering to us and we are literally under a minute away.

Cancelled after exactly 2 hours no delivery no contact. Phoned 4 times and finally gave up. Couldn’t be honest about what was happening or when the food had physically left the restaurant as it was clearly going to be cold if it ever did arrive. Their response was just to wait and see and if it’s cold then call back.. no that ain’t good customer service at all.Normally decent but this time was just ridiculous. They turned the tracking off after an hour and said it was delivered on the website. Wise up and be honest if there’s a problem tell your customers, it’s worse to hide behind it and to leave people in the dark.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NOT COVID MEASURES.We have been ordering food in this Domino´s for months but recently we started to notice that something was wrong. The last Saturday our food took more than 55 minutes to arrive (on the website they say it is about 20-35 minutes). They added a wrong ingredient on my pizza and the most important thing: the delivery guy was really UNKIND. He did NOT say "good evening" or "thanks" and when we said "hello", he did not reply to us. Like we were robots, not people. Apart of that, he was NOT wearing any face mask and he did not gave us the extra box under our food boxes.After months ordering here we realized during the last weeks the delivery guys were calling us to ask for our flat because they were getting lost. When they never had a problem before.So sad and unfriendly. For now we are saying good bye to Domino´s.
