Impeccable service! Great atmosphere and amazing, traditional service. Staff were charismatic and friendly, open late too!

It was our first time. For a Sunday it was very busy which is always a good sign. We were warmly welcomed by the staff who offered us a sit of our choice.The menu was very well presented and we get to see what the food looks like before you order. We decided on the mixed grill which was a mountain of different kebabs.. Our favourite was the kofta and chicken wings.. Everything tasted great.We had so much that we hadtwo big containers as our take home.Price wise, it was very well priced for the huge portions. I will be surprised if anyone leaves this place hungry!!Will definitely visit another of the branches again...👌🏾

A welcoming Turkish restaurant at a busy location. Came here for lunch it was a little quiet. Service was speedy. I had ordered my fave the lentil soup it was spot on fresh and brought back memories of my holiday in Istanbul. We also ordered the Pide which also tasted fantastic. Fresh bread and salad was served along side the food. We finished my our meal with baklava and Turkish tea. Would definitely come again.

I give 5 stars because portions were big, service was fast and it was a great meal after the gym. I must say though that I am a bit influenced by some reviews but not having experience of other Turkish food here in London, I cannot compare.

The quality is not as before and the service is not very welcoming. The only time the waiter and waitress came to us was taking orders,serving food and when the bill was given. Not even once asked us that how was the experience or how was their food.

Service is good but food isn't satisfactory as the meat was smelly I couldn't eat. However my husband didn't want to waste and took it as "take away".The place and decorations are dusty too. Dust could easily stick to the food since it is too close to our table.I didn't like it.

The food was great and service was good. Busy restaurant, but we had our main meal very quickly. Great food.

Traditional Turkish fare with all your favorites. Big portions and excellent service. The staff are buzzing like bees all there to make sure you have a great time. I love to sit outside and partake in the local atmosphere while enclosed in an outside booth arrangement. See my pics for an idea of what I'm talking about.

If you are looking to experience Turkish food this is a good place to start.Service was fast and friendly. One of the best services I have experienced in London so far.A thing that I appreciate in this Turkish restaurant is that they offer some pittas and 2 sauces on the table at no extra cost, which really shows the level of hospitality Turks have at their restaurants.I had some Ezmeli Kebabs (sliced Kebabs drenched in a special sauce) which were pretty tasty but nothing exciting to be fair. The cost for this dish was too expensive for the size of the dish and what it overall offers (£15.95). Also tried the house beer which was pretty good.My friend had a Chicken Shish, also very expensive for 2 skewers and some fries on the side (£14). It was nice and tasty but again, nothing special to justify the pricing.The best dish in the house was definitely the Sucuklu Pide! Freshly made with a fantastic breadcrust! Also a bit pricey (£11.5) but out of everything else THIS is absolutely worth it! It was so good that I completely forgot to take a picture of it and upload it for everyone to see. Trust me, any Pide they offer is incredible!Overall service 5/5, food 4/5 and prices 3/5, thus giving an average of 4/5 for my final review.

The seating and interior/decor is fancey and very pleasent, their wash rooms are nice and neat. The food is not great atleat what I ordered and the portion size is not something im happy with but if you mix it up with the complentary sauce/salad and bread it fills you up. The kebab was £15 not flavoured and smaĺl portion. The location is nice if that matters at all. Service is good and bad but the food came pronto so thats nice. Im confused with what to rate it with but I think 3 is fair. I dont look at just the food I look at the whole dining experiance but we all know pricing/ portion and taste matters most but my family enjoyed it and so did I. I wont give up on you Effes I will come back, oh yh stay away from the strawberry mojito's it tastes like strawberry water.
