The food was super delicious but service was outstanding. Even when having to wait in the entrance for a while (yes, the place is famous!) they treated us like old time customers and made us feel welcomed.I feel a need to come back to try all the menu tho, everything looked delicious!But bring cash! We needed to go to the nearest ATM as we didn’t have enough.

such a lovely experience here! the staff were so kind and welcoming and made me feel like i was at home with my own family. they know what they’re doing and do it well - options for vegetarians (i think you could make it vegan really simple). i will definitely visit next time i’m in london. great experience for a full english brekky.

Had the Full English. My personal favorite is black pudding, and this did not disappoint. Crunchy, smooth, luscious. The baked beans I usually don’t enjoy, but these were not too sweet and went well with everything. Sausage was super tasty, and the mushrooms added heft to everything. The fried bread was perhaps the element that was most surprisingly good.In all, loved every bit of the meal. And the people are so welcoming and beautiful. Not everyday you get to listen to Napton being spoken in London.

My husband and I went there especially for their English breakfast. We saw the portions on other customers and decided to get one portion for the both of us to share. We had the option to add an extra egg, to make it easier to share. I didn’t particularly liked the sausage as it was a bit greasy, but the overall meal was good.The restaurant is CASH ONLY, so we had to go out to an ATM and get some cash before our breakfast was served.

Always fantastic, hearty and tasty food. Friendly and fun service, family ran, honest and caring people. Best breaky and fried slice in London. Veggie options available. Amazing cafe serving breakfast-dinner. Outside seating available.

Family owned breakfast-café serving British comfort food and some Italian classics. The super sociable owner and friendly staff AND the big portions of food were the highlights for us. Will come back !

The hospitality of the place is just incredible! Do not miss this place for great English breakfasts when in London starting at just £12. And they've got great pastas, bruschettas, juices and other hot beverages. You might have to wait in line to get a table, they have seating outside too.

The breakfast is big and tasty and the staff is very friendly. I did love the breakfast, the missing star for me is for the location.. it was not much of my taste. But probably this is the style of this traditional places... Great experience anyways, thanks

They say Britain falls if the Ravens are lost but I think losing places like E Pellicci are the real threats. The food is fantastic -- cooked with love, care, and precision by the same family since it opened and passed down over the generations. Fresh ingredients, scratch cooked to perfection. It is truly mother's home cooking.But E Pellicci is more than just a restaurant, it's an institution. A glue that holds Bethnal Green together. The owners have built their business and their family in the area and they are a core part of the fabric that is East London. They know their regulars, they know their neighbors, and they are a positive part of the community. I love how they will tell you about local ingredients, where they came from, and where to find them.I don't get to London often, but my in-laws live right by E Pellicci's, and it always warms my heart to see the shop and the owners. They've provided amazing food over all these years and always presented it with kindness, compassion, and a smile.God save the Queen. And God save E Pellicci.
