Gram Bangla in Tower Hamlets
"Traditional, authentic Bangladeshi cuisine is made up of a diverse range of delicious spices, herbs, rice, fish meats and breads. Utilizing the wide range of spices, herbs, oils, meats, potatoes and aubergines available to craft complex, signature dishes. Many popular ingredients in Bangladesh are, in some way, incorporated into a curry before eating."

The team at GB were amazing. Their service was beyond expectation. The true taste of Bangladesh in the heart of the east end. Definitely a place to visit if your missing motherlands unique traditional foods.

I would like to give no ratings. I have never eaten such tasteless food. I won't recommend at all.

Brick Lane has changed dramatically since I used to eat there regularly 30+years ago. But if you push past the leather-jacketed sales wallahs forcing on you "The Best Indian Restaurant in East London" (strangely there are about 10 of them) and walk towards the Mile End Road, you can find this gem. Home cooking and an almost exclusively local Bangladeshi clientele. The fish kofta was superb.

Had an amazing dinner tonight, fish egg curry, potatoes borta, small fish curry, few more tasty Bangladeshi dishes. Love to go again soon. Staff were very friendly. Cllr Rita Begum Westminster City Council

The food was delicious though this was my first time eating here. The Lotta vorta was adequate for the price and kala bhuna was quite good. I would recommend buying here and yes, card payments are accepted as those of us concerned about cross contamination.

Definitely better than most restaurants in Brick Lane, proper authentic and homely Bengali cuisines.

Went there for some takeaway, after a very long time. Greeted by a very oily gentleman with full Taliban outfit, told me the Day's special is Kacchi Biriyani. I ordered 2 boxes of it and 2 more curries. The biriyani is an inedible toss up of rice and meat upon order. The curries were'nt anything to write home about. Overpriced food and straight faced lying is all on offer here. Prosecco made it swallowable.

Graam Bangla is an awesome spot! Me and 3 of my friends thoroughly satisfied ourselves here. In particular, the Biryani, Chicken Roast, Satnees & Borta; these were all on point, along with the Malai Tea - quality bengali food that makes you feel at home. Customer Service was lovely too. As someone who lives couple hours away, it was well worth the travel.

I was reluctant to go in there as I’m not a fan in Bangla food but my friends all wanted to go in there and I’m not so fussy do went in there anyway. It was a narrow restaurant with an open kitchen, I could tell it’s a very busy place. The food came out really fast and was good, service was really good as well. My only complaint (which is not the restaurants fault) is in the toilets someone had spat out after chewing paan. That was pretty disgusting, other than that a good experience.
