Indian Garden Restaurant and Takeaway in Tower Hamlets

This used to be an amazing restaurant. The curries were absolutely delicious and cooked fresh and bought to you sizzling in a karahi and you could really smell the garlic and other ingredients. Now, the price has increased but the quality has gone down. The lamb karahi isn't as delicious as it was before and it's no longer served sizzling fresh in a karahi. It's served in a basic white bowl and tastes watery and lacks flavours. It is the first time I've never finished a curry in a restaurant because it just tasted so bland. I'm really disappointed because they used to make amazing lamb karahi and I would recommended to anyone, but unfortunately they've changed the recipe and the quality has gone downhill yet the price has gone up. However, the chicken tikka and lamb tikka starter are very tasty and succulent and full of flavour, and the pilau rice is still very delicious too. Customer service is excellent as well and never had any issues. I would still recommend people to go here because maybe their other curries still taste the same as before, but I always ordered lamb karahi and unfortunately for me it has changed.

Onion baji and Reshmi kebab was fresh, tasty and very good portion. The Lamb Tikka chilli garlic was spot on! Very flavourful👌At last I managed to find a restaurant that serves flavourful and quality food. I traveled from Redbridge all the way to this place yesterday evening to get my takeaway it was well worth it as all the Indian restaurant in Redbridge area have gone downhill with it's quality of food. It was well worth the travel, will be coming more often. Thank you!

This is an underrated restaurant. The staff are brilliant and very friendly. There are always the delivery guys going in and out which suggests the food is very tasty. However, there is hardly ever anybody sitting in the restaurant. On all the occasions I have been there, I have really enjoyed the food and ended up taking home a huge doggy bag. For some reason curries taste even better when you have them for breakfast the following morning. Luckily I don’t have a dog. It is BYO (alcohol) and BYO (cash) as they do not have a card machine. Obviously doing something doggy with the books, but nothing doggy going on in the kitchen.

Best Indian in east London, big portions and friendly service and a free bottle of coke!

Ordered through UberEats and I can't fault any of the food. It was so delicious and really good portion sizes. The set meal for one was such good value for money. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

I’m a regular at this gem of a place. The food is absolutely amazing, my favorite is the Lamb Chop starter well done and Chicken Tikka Chilli Garlic. Been to many restaurants and this definitely is up there with my favorites. Highly recommended this place for quality, great tasting food and brilliant value. Can’t go wrong!

Really, really nice food. Just moved into the local area and it's one of the best restaurants . Delivery is easy and quick too. Really nice lemon rice and vegetable rice unlike other restaurants, it looks nice and tastes amazing! Ordered twice already and look forward to ordering again... chicken chaat and curry chips are so good.

Got takeout / reasonably priced and good portions, but you get what you pay for... the food isn’t very tasty - their korma was super sweet... as if they had put actually coconuts in there and not coconut cream. The biryani also didn’t have a lot of flavour - the only thing I really enjoyed was the vegetable curry (which they threw in for free)
