A proper cafe, excellent for a bacon and egg sandwich and a coffee in the morning, as well as a great range of fresh sandwich fillings and hot lunchtime food offerings. Well used by builders and taxi drivers, as well as local office staff. Not too big (about 9 tables inside) but well worth a try. Staff friendly, service quick and prices very reasonable.

Greaty little Greasy Spoon Cafe, always pay a visit when I'm in the area.

Wide variety of breakfasts, lunches and dinners available. Friendly, helpful staff. Serves classic meals that include items disappearing elsewhere such as bubble and squeak, fried slices and liver.

Small place, great taste. Owner is a true gentleman, when he was guiding a blind guy in and out of the shop in a gentle way. Thank you guys.

Always served quickly, service can be a bit hit and miss depending on who is serving. Big selection of food, all of which is great.

Typical greasy spoon cafe. Bacon was to crispy I couldn't eat it. Sandwiches are good. But card charge 50 p is ridiculous . And they don't have sugar it packets , but ask you how many spoon they can put in your coffee. Late is always overheated

Worst ever, ordered a jacket potatoe when I opened this back up at my office it was rock solid in the centre and uncooked entirely. They are too busy clearly to be cooking at a reasonable standard.
