Rude staff as well as poor quality food

Crispy shredded beef:3/10Very crispy but tasted like there's no beef inside, just crunchy batter. Sauce was nice and surprised me with hints of orange which balanced the sweet, Umami vibe. Nevertheless, disappointing.Sweet and sour Chicken:1/10.Chicken tasted reheated and stale inside chewy, undercooked batter.Sauce was more vinegary than sweet and texture was foul, glutinous.Almost inedible. 1 out of 10 because the veggies inside were fresh.Stir fried veg:3/10Bland, translucent beige sauce with subtle, unidentifiable flavour.Majority of veg NOT fresh but was packed, so contained a lot of vitamins.£15 total - No free crackers for first time customer,Rude server in person and on telephone.Dirty, untidy inside.Avoid

I've just have a conversation on the phone with the restorant and they set to me they can't deliver far then 2 mile away and I live 1.8 miles from there. I've just checked on Google maps and it's say 9min by bike... Absolutely ridiculous.

I have been going to this Chinese for over 20 years and the previous owners were really lovely. When the new people took over it was evident that the guy behind the counter was extremely rude and abrupt. On many occasions I have contemplated about telling him about his appalling customer service skills. This evening I ordered food on the phone and they got my order wrong. When I told the guy he started blaming me!! I order food from there at least once a week and spend an average of £35. He didn't want to change the food I had received and when I said that I would never use there establishment again he said he didn't care!!I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

I’ve only had the chicken chow mein, and it was incredibly delicious. Very tasty, and lots of food for a large portion. Highly recommend.

1st time ordering from here, and to b honest the food was absolutely delicious, it was so good I have put their fone number in my fone, well worth the money and delivery man was very nice, polite and friendly. Well done Kam Hon.

Hands down the best Chinese take away in East London, in terms of food. Customer service has room for improvement. Usually friendly, but they have been very short and borderline rude on several occasions. If you are placing a straightforward order then there's usually no problem. Biggest let down of this place is that they only accept card orders for pick up orders - cash only for deliveries. Food is brilliant though and worth the occasional attitude of the staff.

The service I received when picking up my Chinese last night around 6.00pm was disgustingly rude! I am a regular customer and always drive to KAM HON to collect my food as I live in Stratford and the delivery is to far for KAM HON but I don't mind as the food is always worth the drive.When I collected my food I paid by card £21.50 I remembered once I paid that I forgot to order a sauce so I asked for a satay sauce and when the food was ready the guy that was serving us had added the sauce to our bag of food and said that's £1.25 for the sauce so I got my card back out to pay for the sauce and he said minimum order was £10 on card, I had no cash and only had my card and asked if he could just take the payment he said NO and took the sauce out of the bag my food was in and said I couldn't have it, he was so rude from the moment we walked in to the moment we left! Wouldn't you just accepted the card payment for the sauce or give the sauce over for free? it's put me off going back after being treated like that. People working with the public shouldn't go into work if they are going to be rude and miserable to regular customers!

Ribs are absolute filth! You wouldn't feed them to a dog! They are not BBQ ribs they look like a cat chopped up and taste awful!Chow mein drenched in oil!Salt n pepper prawns soggy due to too much oil!Would not recommend this place at all!Please google and look at the image and the photo of the shop!The upstairs is rotten!

What happened to this place. I'm not even going to mention the ribs.... they are that bad.The Singapore noodles look more like super noodles.Seems like because I ordered when they opened I got last nights left overs.Avoid this place like the plague.Absolutely awful!!!!!!
