Kfc in Tower Hamlets

One of my favourite KFC restaurants in London, good service excellent location by Tower if London.

We stopped in for some lunch after a big bus tour. The place was basically empty - had maybe 3 other tables in there. One of the employees told me my mashed would be 4 minutes, so I politely waited. She then forgot about them and when I asked she told me to stand and wait. When they were finally ready, they were just heated up in lumps, I’m assuming they’re supposed to mix it before giving it the customer… anyway, my rest of my food was cold by the time my mashed came out. I also asked for hot sauce, which they didn’t have but is fine, and the woman said “we have ketchup”, just a bit rude. I realize this is just a KFC, but it was empty and the service was subpar.

A warm, cozy and out of the world space in the bossom of the underground old built walls is worth checking out..

Cozy little KFC and can be easily missed as apart from a small sign it's well hidden.Food was hot and fresh and staff were excellent, nice little place which isn't too busy due to the location

Happy to see a Halal KFC next to Tower of London. It was quite, clean and tidy. Didn't take long for food to come. Happy with services.

Decent KFC near Tower of London. They ran out of gravy when we were there. They also have those big screen where you can order on your own, making it contactless.And by the way, You have to pay if you would like to use the bathroom.

I love this KFC. This is one of the best KFC I have visited. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Though this restaurant looks like an old vintage building, they maintain it very neatly. I can always see someone cleaning the sitting soon after a customer leaves. It might be their procedure but it’s very good that most people love to eat in a clean and tidy surroundings. Their food also maintains a good standared and always presents well. I love to visit this place with my family because I always have believe in their customer service and food quality. ♥️♥️♥️

Love this kfc. Especially if your travelling from up north its great to get food that’s generically priced. Love the finger licking neon sign.

Service accuracy ok not bad but when I visit food is cold and fries limpy even store in down peak totally low volume CTO. Staff members nice and not making any negative gesture while asking some extra bbq ketchup. Just bit annoying is going for loo using CR need to pay 50p ? Is it joke for what need to pay this ???

Really need to sort out the standard of food here cause it was poorer than it should be. Old lettuce, hard bottom of bun from staying too long in the warming area, the wings were tiny,The chips and beans were OK.The floor was reasonably clean in some areas.
