It was my first time trying food from Bangladesh and I absolutely loved it. I didn't really know what I was eating so I just tried different things. The soup was very spicy also which was good I just felt like it was just little bit to much so I didn't get to finish it as I couldn't really handle it. The staff was really good also everyone was very friendly and always kept coming up to us to ask if we was okay. I look forward to going back and trying other things.

Tried Kolapata today after a few years. I was a bit sceptic about it first but I was blown away by the food. We tried Kachii and Bhuna Khichuri and both were truly *Amazing*.Hands down it was the best Kachii and Khuchuri I have tried in recent memory. I will definitely be visiting again and again very soon. The service was also amazing and we had a very pleasant evening.

Amazing food quality and taste. Loved every bit of it. It’s my everyday place for lunch and dinner now.

Amazing Bangladeshi restaurant. Great food, good portions, nice ambience, and very reasonable prices. The service is also quite prompt and the people are nice as well. The Jhuri beef was particularly amazing. Almost no options for vegetarians though.

Good food. Reminded me of back home. Had Kachchi and Beef Bhuna Khichuri, loved it!Went couple of times so far did not have any issue with the food. It’s just that take cash when you go as they take cash payment.

Pani Puri had a tonne of mustard oil, couldn't eat. Elish fish was old, my mum was extremely disappointed as it was her bday and she wanted elish fish in particular. When we got home, she said it wasn't even elish fish but she didn't want to say anything at the restaurant because she knew we'd complain. Chicken was overcooked and dry. All the Biryanis were extremely oily, pretty much drenched in ghee. Very unhealthy. And taste was not that great either. It seemed like all the rice had been cooked as one dish, and then separated and heated with customers choice of protein so the flavour was similar throughout the meat, prawn and chicken biryani. Mango lassi was not the best I'd tasted either, seemed like it had been watered down a tad. The only thing that was nice was the dhail. Food took over 40 mins to come. We were the first to arrive and last to be served. When we expressed out dissatisfaction with the food, the manager came across defensive. And they ONLY ACCEPT CASH! What outdated system is this? It was a massive inconvenience for us as we planned to split the bill between us siblings but ended up taking cash from my mum, the birthday lady. Surprised by all the positive reviews. Will not be returning and do not recommend.

If you're looking for good, authentic Bangladeshi food, this is the closest you'll get in London. Food is consistently delicious, friendly service and a clean, casual setting. And Never forget to try out the Bhuna Khichuri.. you can thank me later!!

I ordered the Set meal - 1 for 11.95. And had a begun bhaji as an add-on.The food was really good. But be prepared to add salt regularly because it was really under-salted.The rice serving was really small tho. I needed 3 plates overall, and I'm not someone who eats a lot.

Lovely place. We arrived late, but service was fast, food was very tasty and the staff were terrific. Proper Deshi food and proper Bangladeshi hospitality. Highly recommended. 🌞💫🇧🇩🙏👌
