Manhattan Grill in Tower Hamlets

I had my birthday breakfast at Marriott Canary Wharf on the 8th February 2022, the food was good but the service was excellent. Andrea went above duty to ensure I felt special on my birthday. All the staff were excellent and did their job with the highest professionalism and care.When you visit for breakfast, do ask for Andrea, she will make you feel extra special.

I was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived with your courteous waiting staff who could not do enough for us. Its really important when representing a brand such as Marriott and they really represent the brand image in a fantastic way, looked happy to be there and genuinely enjoyed their jobs. I didnt catch their names it was a young lady and young gentleman.Then I will mention the food, what absolutely amazing steak I am still in food heaven two days later and already planning our next trip (we live up North) just for your restaurant!Overall I had a thoroughly enjoyable meal and experience and look forward to our next visit.

I think their target audience is for couples and older people if that makes sense. Not much variety on the menu and in my opinions I think the prices are unreasonable. Didn’t enjoy the food but the customer service is fantastic

We were attended to by a lovely gentleman called Felix. Very professional, knowledgeable and bubbly person. I enjoyed every bit of the dining. He ushered us in, allowed us time to deliberate on our orders and gave a comprehensive rundown of the wine notes. Very classy. Great guy. Food was tasty too.

Ghastly service. I ordered a Tagliatelle (vegetarian with Mushroom and Spinach as mentioned in the menu) from the A La Carte menu and they kept sending it with beef in it. Had to ask them thrice to change it. Finally just got up and left. My friend who had invited me there for lunch was extremely embarrassed. I believe it was a malicious act or the waiter was just super dumb. He did get everyone elses orders correct though. Will never go back and do not recommend if you are a vegetarian.

Perfect place, perfect food! You can go with family, friends or business! The neighborhood is beautiful, near a river and has many bars around! The restaura is very beautiful and organized, excellent service! Wonderful food from the entrance to dessert! You can see the kitchen while waiting for your order ! I would recommend for sure!

Beefsteaks are recommended but some issues with service: the manager and her team seems to be surprised having guests and not able even to bring a bottle of wine (prices start from 40) within 40 minutes. After second reminder she did not apologise nor offered any compensation. As we're leaving after 1 hour of our lunch we left a half of bottle for them: I hope the manager enjoyed it. Of note: that was our second lunch there and we also had a dinner a night before and the quality of service was similar at all occasions. Fortunately, the quality of hotel's sevice is higher.

A friend of mine invited me to have a dinner here with friends.Previously in my mind I always thought that having dinner at a high quality restaurant could cost a fortune. This isn't true. Obviously a 5* hotel restaurant can be expensiver than a high street franchise place but the service is so much different. Here you are welcomed personally by a member of staff. You are escorted to your table, your waitress introduces him/her to you and explains the daily speciality or suggests a drink.The food was amazing. The desert was just simple wow and delicious.I had a great time in Manhattan grill.Thank you so much for your hardworking Felix, Hugo, Amran - the lovely people who served us.

The place is nice, the food is nice, the service could have been improved as a smirking waiter isn't really something you look after in a good restaurant.

Best steaks in the Canary Wharf area. Lovely place, great service!
