McDonalds Commercial Road E1 in Tower Hamlets

Well I was VERY IMPRESSED with the delivery and the customer service from Abdullah who was very fast under 15 minutes HOWEVER MY COMPLAINT is with McDonald’s 1:the drink should have been put in a secure container where it can easily drip into the paper bag And also they forgot or did not bother to put a straw with my meal That I paid £11.58 for to be delivered to me. I suggest making the tops to the drink containers more secure or the cup holders should be more higher(deeper) so that when the bag gets shaken the drink will stay in place in the cup holders.

Went for a drive thru today and ordered a triple cheese burger and Big mac on it’s own. It was my first time coming to this specific McDonald’s branch. However I will not be going to McDonald’s as a whole for a while as I opened the triple cheese burger it’s like they had washed it with ketchup, it was inedible, if you think this is bad then once I opened my Big Mac as I was sat in traffic going towards Tower Bridge all I see is the burger bun was half bitten I immediately turned around and went back as that was unacceptable. I showed the lady on the till the state of the burger she laughed and said one of the kitchen staff was probably hungry which I found inappropriate. I said I want a new one or a refund they gave me a new one which I checked was fine but could see they took the micky out of as it was thrown into the box with no sauce no nothing. The worst McDonald’s service ever they should just shut this place down as a whole as the staff is a bunch of clowns.

Unfortunately my visit wasn't too pleasant, very busy which is understandable due to location. Staff were more concerned about deliveries than walk in.When food finally turned up, I had a wrap, contents were cold, salad was not fresh either, I returned item, was rudely spoken to, which made me walk out, without food totally unhappy with branch and staff.I won't be returning.

Incredibly rude staff in this branch, easily some of the worst I've ever experienced. We were laughed at for asking to have the tomatoes and mayonnaise removed prior to ordering a wrap. The staff member replied "Do you even still want chicken?!".

Recently got review deleted so here we go again with another review and I will keep posting each time it gets taken down! DO NOT ORDER FOOD FOR TAKEAWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE! Credit card got charged for delivery and waited 2 hours for my food and it never came, I tried to ring the store and my phone number got blocked when I kept trying, 3 days on still waiting to get my refund 🤣 Its not about the money taken from my account but more the fact of how much of a joke the place is when it comes to resolving the problem. Useless spot 👎

Frequent visitor, always had great service and everything was up to par. Only annoyance is, the fries are never salted, but that seems to be the case almost everywhere now - Seems the public somehow got it in their heads that salt is bad...? Anyway, the staff are always happy to give me salt packets upon request. Will keep coming back!

It's weird there's no proper sit down McDonald's restaurants in the area, stumbled upon this tiny drive through but it actually had a few seats. Another one down the road didn't!Was happy to be inside out of the cold but wasn't happy my burger was cold, it's never nice eating cold burger. Also, if you're going to have self service and seating you should have a way for customers to get out, was a nightmare getting through all the people in the queues just to get out of the door! Toilet was clean, so that was a bonus.

It’s McDonald’s. But this experience was a joke. On my hot chocolate they put a frappe lid on and the usual hot chocolate lid. When I tried to drink it spilt everywhere. Not sure how they managed to pull that off. Customer service as standard is poor. Festive hot chocolate was nice though.

I ordered dinner through the app, we were sitting outside and had to wait for 20 min for the fast food. Got only 19 McNuggets when I ordered 20. I was very disappointed but the manager was amazing here. The manager apologized to me and found out the food was even served not warm. The manager gave the fresh McNuggets and additional fries. Appreciate the store manager, he sorted out everything.
