Nando's Bethnal Green in Tower Hamlets

Great Nandos. Typical Nandos food and service so can't go wrong. Nice seating space. The branch is on Bethnal Green high street with some alternative shops etc on the main road. Parking is available on the nearby residential roads

No cutlery and the food was served. By the time the cutlery was brought over, we had to send the food back as it was stone cold. When it came back, it was so dry. No wonder they take the money first, as otherwise you wouldn't pay. They said it was because it was so busy, half the tables were empty.Had the butterfly chicken as there was no chickens ready and would take 30 mins.The way they describe the butterfly chicken, you would think its more than you can eat. Well i can honestly say, i have never seen a chicken so small, it was the size of a quail. If there was an option for no stars, that's what i would had given

Been to Nando’s after a long time as I got an email from them saying half grill chicken voucher on my loyalty card was about to expire 😂. I’m glad I went there and made use out of my freebie, anyway I actually like the Bethnal Green branch over the Whitechapel branch, way too many Banjoli’s in Whitechapel for my liking

Food is pretty standard across all Nandos but the service here is what lets it down. No place to wait for tables, was turned away on 2 occasions being told there was no table for 2 available but there were multiple tables for 4 empty, bad management turning customers away just in case a group of 4 may come in! fire alarm went off twice right above where we were seated.

Ordered nandos via deliveroo. Food was cold so had to microwave first. Peri chips had no peri salt. Mile End and other branches will provide free peri salt sachets and sauce but nothing provided here. Won’t be ordering from this branch again.

Pretty nice to going back to an Old classic! Doesn't get as busy as other branches and it is halal. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars was due to their online order system not working and had to go manual. This I prefer actually ordering at the till like we have been doing the last 86,000 years but I understand covid laws etc. Good place, chicken didn't disappoint. Thanks

Visited this store today and enjoyed a lovely meal. The manager Danny was excellent and provided me and my wife excellent service. Really appreciate when managers go beyond to help and provide quality experience and service!! Will be visiting more often for sure!

I have been in the restaurant 10.12.2021. The restaurant looks very messy and was very noisy too. The food wasn’t fresh. The only positive thing was friendly staff by name Lucky. He was very helpful and provided excellent customer service.

This nandos is halal and children friendly however some of the tables don't have much space for big prams like mine so try pick your seats the workers are really accommodating. Food is always good and in the summer the windows are open to look out to the market.

Was our first visit back to Nandos post covid. Chose this branch, although parking is a pain, its one of the more spacious branches and not as busy as the other ones nearby. The new virtual queuing system and ordering via the App/QR code from the table was flawless. Food and drinks all arrived promptly with sauces and cutlery by one friendly waiter. It was so much better than queuing up to get in, then queuing up to order ! I will definitely be back. Welcome to thr 21st century Nandos!
