Damien was so nice. I told him it was my last night in London and he made sure I was able to come inside and place my order even though the restaurant was closing. Such a kind guy! Food was also amazing and did not disappoint.

Although, chains like Nando’s follow pretty much the same recipe and tastes the same whichever one you choose. What differentiate between branches are:- customer service- food temperature- cleanlinessThis branch meets the above. Their customer service is good. Welcoming and helpful. I couldn’t find any plates on the shop floor and within a few seconds I was helped out.I’ve noticed some other branches, the food temperature isn’t hot enough. This one was perfect. Chicken was HOT and Chips was crispy and HOT too. The waiting time could have been shorter but not complaining as the food received was spot on.Tables and cutlery were clean and sauce bottles were wiped and grease free.

The staff were amazing. But I'm not sure they understand what plant-based mean. They have menu items they say are plant-based which are not. Nando's, please either remove these items as plant-based or make them truly plant-based. I'm more than happy to hop on a call to explain what being plant-based means

Main meal was great, as usual for Nandos, and the restaurant was busy so I didn’t mind waiting for a little while, the food was worth it. However, I had ordered a halloumi side and it came by the time I had finished my main meal - it was cold, dry, and overcooked. Wouldn’t bother me as much if I didn’t have to go and ask for it a couple times.

Always enjoy Nandos. Staff were really nice and helpful. Enjoyed the food. I had the chickpea and spinach burger, peri chips and long stem broccoli.Unfortunately the toilets let them down. One cubicle, the door didn't lock and no toilet paper. Smelled bad too.

Was told we had to wait 20 minutes for our order which came instantly and was a cold burger with a stale bun which we sent back (I never do this but for £10 I at least expect it to be warm). 5 minutes later they brought us another cold burger with a stale bun. The waiter also rudely asked me what I was ordering while looking over my shoulder at my phone and told me that what I'd be ordering would take ages so I should order something else. Easily the worst nandos I've ever been to

Nice ambiance, Staff a bit serious but helpful and nice. Most of the time food comes out quite and delicious. But I guess when it gets busy it take longer to deliver.

·

Love a little vegetarian cheeky Nando’s from here. However, Prefer other local branches like Whitechapel and Mile End as they serve Halal chicken

Spitalfields has given me the impression that the service has been declining, although it wasn't busy it seemed the staff were not upto taskPossibly overworked or simply it's just how it is here, they seemed like they would like to be elsewhereThe food was good though

·

Excellent service from the smiley and welcoming staff. Great food too.
