Nando's - Whitechapel in Tower Hamlets

It was surprisingly busy on the Wednesday (26/01) we went in. Even though it was very packed we were promptly ushered to our table and served. Food was great and the staff although looking overworked and fatigued, handled the night brilliantly. Thank you and well done guys 👏🏽.

Dinner today @nandosuk Whitechapel branch. Food was really good. But the guy who served us made two clear mistakes.

Great food, service and HALAL! You still have to pay via smart phone so not ideal but hey, some people prefer it. Only objection, chicken peices are definitely smaller than those served by Nandoos, Beckton (in the previous week).

We decided on nandos for a last minute family meal, and really enjoyed it.Good food in a lovely setting. We arrived late, but they still let us sit. There was a bit of a wait for a table, but worth it as they seated us at the front in a booth.Staff were really helpful - they gave us some free chips which was appreciated!Toilets were clean.

Staff are meh, young not really interested in the job or the customers. Twice I been, twice they never bothered with my Nandos card. Took 45 mins for a basic burger meal which compared to Westfields Nandos was a 3/10. Definitely will be skipping past this location. Thank

AVOID!! AVOID!! AVOID!! TOOK OVER 1HOUR just to get my food. I asked a worker for a update 30mins in and he did not get back to me. I fact after 50mins I see the same worker collecting food for himself in the kitchen and leaving. The audacity....unbelievable! What sort of customer service is that? My local fried chicken shop has better customer service which speaks volumes!! 1hour 10mins later and after asking another 2 workers ONE got back to me saying the chicken is in the oven being cooked??? Why not say that at the start I would have gone somewhere else to be honest so so dissapointed especially qhen you know you have paid and have gone through 2 bottomless glasses.

The service we had was terrible and slow. The chicken wings and chips were great. Sadly the burger buns were rock hard and not edible at all! The chicken was raw and not cooked properly.

Iv just had a birthday meal withMy family a group of 16 at Whitechapel Nando’s it has been of of my best experience till date. We was seated straight away the staff members were all very nice and accommodating. A staff member AJ want out of his way to make us feel comfortable. All the other staff wasAlso very nice welcoming the food came out very quick nice and warm so IHave to also mention them. All in all the whole experience was really good. ☺️

First time I had been to Nandos since lockdown and I was not disappointed. I had heard a lot from some people who had visited some branches where it seemed like they had rushed to cook the chicken resulting in a tasteless meal. Not here though top marks to the chefs and the cheerful staff, starting from the person who greeted us at the door to the staff who served us. Venue well laid out to cope with covid. Not been to this branch before and will definitely return and recommend to family and friends.
