Obica Mozzarella Bar - Canary Wharf in Tower Hamlets

Ordered the tortellini and tiramisu. Both very good. Service was fast and friendly in addition to the good food, would highly recommend this place!

Delicious thin pizzas. Desserts great too but a bit too heavy.

Great selection of pizzas, delicious desserts, friendly service. I liked the fact that they offered their regular menu on Valentine's Day as well as a special fixed price menu. Not everyone was interested in the "love menu." I think staff should have been a bit more aware of this, that not all clients are interested in the Vday menu, as some clients were almost ready to leave, thinking they are only serving the Vday 3 course meal special. The venue is not the most romantic one, nor the most fancy, being in a public pass through place, however, I would definitely come back.

I've been a frequent customer, however my lunch today persuaded me not to return.Service was slow, I was brought the wrong food (I would suggest taking notes if the waiter's memory is not perfect), still charged for it in full, and the prices are fairly steep, for a location that is a building lobby with constant foot traffic passing by.Good food, but sadly not worth it.

Although I've been eating in this place a few times since I live locally and would give the food 3 stars, I will give just 1 to customer service as I'm unable to give none. This time was a delivery. We ordered a dish of pasta and a pizza, nothing complicated. We received just the pasta in a paper bag with staples on top to secure the bag. I called the restaurant just in case the pizza was left behind or there was a mistake in the order. However, I was told by a member of staff with very bad manners that the pizza was placed in the bag by herself and should be in there together with the pasta. I insisted that the pizza would never fit in that bag and may be is somewhere. She insisted that the pizza was in the bag and I should blame the delivery company. The fact the she kept talking to me like I was 3 or mentally handicapped was the worse of the issue. When I was just about to ask to speak to a manager.... uppps, she is the manager! Very good example for you team. She didn't even make a query about the whereabouts of the pizza. The receipt was stapled to the bag and my card charged with the pizza, but no pizza. Never mind! Definitely, lesson learnt. Not coming back to that place or making any orders anymore.

Amazing food and service, only "issues" was spirits caraf, too much diluted do the amount of ice, I would ask for less ice next time:) strongly suggest the tortelloni!

If you like different flavoured mozzarella and lovely tasting prosciutto washed down with a nice beer this is definitely the place to choose. And the staff are amazing we will certainly be back.

Service is outstanding and the food is equally amazing. Great wine list too. Love that they have temperanillo 🤩

Overall a nice experience. Food and wine selection are good. I was just disappointed that before our dinner we wanted to have l’aperitivo which clearly states is served EVERYDAY 5 - 8 pm but the waitress told us that in fact is a Monday to Friday thing… if that’s the case, I strongly recommend to update your menus to avoid future disappointed customers. A simple label over it and writing up Monday to Friday would do…

Had an amazing time here with outstanding service!! Decent food and great atmosphere. Now being one of our family’s favourite place to visit!
