Grillzbase is my go to place when I want consistant, no nonsense, good quality food. The staff are friendly and the service is usually very quick. Recommended!!

Currently 2021 - struck with covid, yet this place is still cash only. First problem. Second problem - the customer service. Why are you automatically defensive? You’re meant to welcome your customers and make them feel at ease, comfortable and confident in dining with you. Very very poor customer service, the brother i spoke to was very moody and rude for no reason. Better off going across the road to tesco and getting a chicken meal deal. The food was actually decent last time i came here but they definitely need to hire more friendly staff. They have zero communication skills. Rubbish. Stay away.

It was unexpected. I didn't know their food is so good. Very kind staff.

We ordered from here during Ramadan. The food looked nice. Ordered noodles. When we went home to actually eat the food. The chicken pieces had mould in them. That same day and week everyone in my whole house had stomach ache and diarrhoea. Two starts because before this order just plain chicken from then- it was ok with no food issues.

Very good food and fast service. If you’re hungry and in the area you won’t be disappointed

The food was amazing, from the freshly made grilled burgers to the BEST CHOPS IN LONDON. The atmosphere and staff were outstanding. Would highly recommend a visit if you are around

Ok so parking out infront but can be a little tricky according to time of day . No entrance for people with wheelchair as its too tight and also people with pushchair will find it very difficult. Laminated menus are 90% flimsy and ruined . No card machine so you have to cross the road into tesco and get cash back as advise given . I dunno how this place got the reviews it did . Honestly . The burger was not even real meat , more like the frozen burgers reheated ( look at the pic) ahh it wasnt nice especially for someone who knows his burgers . Wings ✖️ chicken seekh ✖️ chicken on bone ✖️ and also the restaurant had patches of being cold and had them fire lamps in certain areas rather then central heating ... on the other hand staff were very helpful , friendly and interactive with nothing but smiles , chicken strips were nice , cooked well with good coating of sauce and the lamb chops were very succulent and i did like i must say . Fries were decent also . Pricing is also very good. i would not recommend this place nor return but thanks for the experience 🙏🏼.

Very good and cheap place to eat. Delicious food and good service. The owner always comes by to make sure everything is okay and if we need anything else. Pictures show the same meal but one is handmade and the other is not. Hand made costs £1 more for each patty. Looks and tastes more juicy. Only downside is the wait for the food.

Absolutely amazing. One of the best grill places I've been to. The best thing about this place is the quantity-quality-price ratio. And on top of that the owner is so so accommodating. They managed to handle our late Friday night friends munch really really nicely. Would love to come again and again

Not bad, depending on what you pick, the price can be a little expensive. Cash only remember.I like the peri peri sauce, chilli but tangy. The chicken is grilled well in this case too. Masala chips wasn't half bad but I don't think it's worth £3.49 for just the masala chips alone.
