Papa John's in Tower Hamlets

Reasonable pizza but terrible service - delivery is always late, which means food arrives cold. They don’t care, either - once it’s left their restaurant they refuse to find out where the food is.

Be careful if you want to work for the Docklands branch. The two managers are scammers. They won’t pay you on time and fill their own bellies. If you want to work like a dog, then go ahead and apply! If not, then stay away.

Shambles. Ordered a pizza, 1hr and 30mins later I called up wondering where it was (I live a 7min drive away) turns out the delivery driver gave it to the wrong person.Great.

Ordered pizza, hours later the tracker still said "preparing". Called the store multiple times didn't pick up.

The chicken topping on the pizza from Docklands East India Dock road is halal. Open till 4am everyday. Whats not to like about it?

WORST SERVICE EVER! THEY STOLE MY MONEY I ordered a pizza from ther website, never received the pizza and the website says it has been delivered. Calling the restaurant but no one answers the phone

Had "The Works" pizza and have to say, it was quite all right. Can't award five stars as the garlic sauce was disgusting and looked like some yellow chemical, and tasted like it as well. Not sure who thought this is acceptable, clearly they have dubious taste buds! But I enjoyed my pizza. Good friendly service, didn't have to wait long. Unbelievable price difference between collecting from the store versus home delivery, so it's well worth collecting if you can.

Rip Papa John'sAll the ingredients are cheap the cost cutting is very visible the dips are now horrible watery nothing like they were. Theres hardly any sauce on the pizza and the toppings are tiny pizza is not as loaded as it use to be. That was the last time I eat Papa John's.

Brilliant Papa John's with great service.Very prompt delivery and great communication. They were late with a pizza on one occasion and let me have a free pizza on my next order.Try the vegan pizza's , they are delicious. Made with the good type of cheese and Papa John's doe is exquisite.Definitely worth a try.5 stars well deserved.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered online as their was a deal going and booked in for a delivery time. Quick and easy to order and driver was friendly but he also social distanced and food got here at the time I wanted. Tasty and the kids loved it and perfect temperature to tuck into straight away.
