Cappuccino had only a few specks of choc, then first sip and only Luke warm, asked to make hotter, was given a lecture how all Prat Coffee was the same, funny how the new one was way hotter, typically non-friendly

I went and ordered a coffee, which I said I’ll be having in the shop. The gentleman behind the bar (mustache, light brown hair), proceeded to stick the plastic lids on my coffee, and when I mentioned I didn’t want these, he rudely refused to take them off, and said it was our problem, ‘health and safety mate, we can’t take those, you’re problem now’. This is a highly unprofessional treatment of a customer. I’m surprised at how standoff-ish this member of staff was, and made me question why he’s working at the establishment. Will not be returning again due to this.

Prèt's sandwiches are my firm favourites so I really enjoyed my lunch there. The location is brilliant too, just round the corner from Tower of London.

Friendly staff, lady asked me to check that the caramel frappe I ordered was to my liking before I left - nice touch and wished me a pleasant afternoon.

For everyone who travels to London this is such a convenient store to get some snacks or even a kinda proper meal. We've been there several times and always got some good things to eat. Would always recommend those shops

Great coffee place for breakfast. Extremely fresh same day made salads with appealing charity policy to give away the day's leftovers to homeless and poor people. Great prices and outside tables close to themsen.

Nice and relaxing but the toilets needed a code which is on the receipt which they dont give you unless you ask at the time of purchase. Bother.

Although I look like a student lost in Kingston, I’m still a customer who likes having a friendly conversation. But I didn’t receive that and a regular behind myself did. But overall, friendly and straightforward. Coffee is splendid.
