Princess of Prussia in Tower Hamlets

Chilled out place with very friendly service, naturally it was fairly quiet for a Monday night. Ordered three starters for £16, the food was served hot and came out fairly quickly. Nice amount of spice in the dishes, tasted good. I think with the name Princess of Prussia I was expecting the decor to be a bit different inside, the olde pub style benches don't lend themselves for relaxed eating. I wouldn't let that deter me going again and would be interesting to try the beer garden in the summer.

Excellent pub near Tower Bridge. It has a really traditional look (Victorian all the way), a good range of beers on tap and excellent Thai food. Definitely recommended and the prices are very good

This traditional London pub was recommended by a taxi driver whilst visiting on holiday and staying in the area.A lovely clean pub full of character , charm and friend bar people. I small garden at the back makes this pub a hidden jem!!!!My friend and I visited afew times during our stay and tried the Thai food which was exceptional. Highly recommended.

From the outside looks brilliant. But... Shepherd Neame pub, so the worst beer selection in the South East. Overly loud and truly terrible music (Capital Gold style - no one wins). Just a bit of a sad case really. Could be really good, isn't.

Lovely pub in the city centre and nice to see Shepard Neame still around! The whistable Bay lager is a personal 1st choice in here and on a summers day you can sit in the garden and enjoy the sun whilst drinking a refreshing pint. Would recommend coming here if in the area. The jukebox has some brilliant tracks on too.

One of my Favourite pubs in london!Love the decor that transports you back into the times of old!They offer thai food as well, and as a thai person myself I cna say that the food was suprisingly authentic and delicious.only critisism is that the food was not authentically spicy, but otherwise delicious.amazing pub with freindly staff

I arrived and there was no reservation even if I made one and confirmed it with the manager. The one star is not for the mistake, but for the attitude this was dealt with. The pub next-door appreciated 24 extra clients.

Lovely pub. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Large beer garden behind the pub too. Drinks reasonable priced and only found out my auntie and uncle met on this pub the other day in 1995. Amazing!

Super friendly staff. Perfect pub vibe.This was my first (unintentional) stop in London on a solo trip. It was close to my hostel and I was looking for a quick bite + pint. Their kitchen opens later - I think 19:00 - and it was easy to stay entertained with great conversation with the staff and very approachable pub goers while I waited. I was there during the week during what would still be considered happy hour and noticed the place to be filled predominantly with men. Not a problem for me...! I ordered non traditional British food, some concoction of cauliflower, lentils and goat cheese. Stay away from that... go with the traditional menu and you should be just fine! Fair prices, great beer selection.
