Shamim Perfect Fried Chicken in Tower Hamlets

This happen few months back but couldn’t find the name of this place because they’re called “perfect friend chicken” with a tiny name “shamim” at the top. I’ll never forget how disgusting the food was. I’ve tried this place for a few years and this certain day I went I took my 2 year old and sister with me and my 2 year old really wanted chips and it took staff 50 mins to give me my meal, it was 2 cheese burgers and wings and chips meal. The guy serving had a chip(figure of speech) on his shoulder and was very rude, poor customer service. Anyway we left the shop and I gave my child a chip but the chip wasn’t piping hot (if it was fresh and straight out of the oil it would be VERY hot to touch even) but my child had about 5 and I went home and had my food so did my husband and sister. We all agreed the wings and chips didn’t taste right so we all stopped eating, anyway few hours later my child was crying and telling me her tummy hurt but fell asleep, my husband was letting out fireworks in the toilet and then i threw up and had food poisoning for 3 days. My child woke up randomly at 3am and wasn’t acting like herself and refused milk, she went back to bed and was throwing up while half asleep, everything that came out was chips she continued to throw up every half hour for that entire day, was taken to a&e and stayed overnight as doctors confirmed it was food poisoning. The next day my sister rang me and told me she couldn’t get to work because she had diarrhea and was also throwing up. A doctor also confirmed she too had food poisoning. So everyone who reads this AVOID AVOID AVOID. This place nearly put my child in intensive care, they have poor food hygiene and the food quality is a 0 in my defence. How does a perfectly healthy child go from being well and then ending up in hospital from a meal they most likely re fried? I have been going here for years and so have other family members who live nearby who also stopped due to always ending up in the toilet or throwing up after eating from this PFC. 🤢🤢😒 (The owners can deny this as much as they want but I know what PFC it was as I only went to this one throughout the last 3 years and I’m 100% not confused) owners should admit to the wrong instead of trying to shift the blame because I have proof and evidence they are not clean 🤢 seen someone smoking whilst making the food and another that reeked of Weed 🤢

Great food. Chilli sauce is not very spicy and a bit watery but all else is great.

Very humble brother at counter. Great taste and very reasonable price plus portion is bigger than other restaurants.Musy try their in house chilli sauce.

There was some waiting time at 1pm as it was so busy in the shop, it was a very decent chicken fillet burger I had.

Went there to eat but chicken had blood on it. When i took it to the chef he goes the chicken bone is normally red(what nonsense is that). The blood was clearly evident. Safe to say i won't be coming back again. Would not recommend at all. Toilet visits pending.

Delivery takes way too long. They say 90 minutes for delivery time! That's ridiculous. The food is good to be honest, but who wants to wait that long?!???

Ordered food last night and from all the years of coming here, I would not come back again. Have been letting off fireworks in the toilet 3 times consecutively in one morning. Food hygiene needs to be there as this shop has gone downhill.

Almost £8.00 for doner meat and chips on Uber eats. Once I opened the box, hardly any doner in box, cold hard chips. Portion size for £8 was a joke, way to small. Over 1 hour waiting, this is a great example of fast food gone ultra slow. Not fast in any way. Cant follow basic instructions, I requested spicy doner, got bland and flavourless instead. I request mayo all over, got a tiny pot of ketchup and mayo. Dont waste your money. Giving 1 star is being generous. AVOID

Doner is disgusting now and the chilli sauce. Chilli sauce just tastes like tons of salt, no flavour and no flavour in doner. Hardly any salad given. Had to wait about over 30 minutes for food when there was pretty much no one there, like one other guy. The non british workers just looked at me for atleast 10 minutes till the owner came and asked what I want. This place has gone down hill. Even delivery drivers are rude and abusive and rob change. Gave them that last chance after last few times were horrid too and that's that, won't be coming back. Wanted what they used to serve up, goodness, but that's not their anymore, that was years ago. It feels like the owners don't care about their business anymore. Back then their were workers that were solid and nice, now it's a couple of rude people.
