Subway in Tower Hamlets

worst subway ever and worst staff I paid 10£ for hashbrowns and crispers I clearly mentioned that I want tosted but it was cold and the sauce dip is open so all the crispers got sause inside worst experience ever

Sunday 8 August 2021 around 18:30. We went to get a bite and Shilphe Ali was there in her own but she provided great service to us and about 8 other customers in store at that time.Hats off to you Shilphe you did a great job be yourself. Subway is lucky to have you!!!

This had got to be one of the worst Subway stores I've been to. The bread was stale (what happen to"freshly baked today") and the cookies were obviously a day old too. To top it off, the price was extortionate - £1.99 for three cookies, it's normal just £1.00.

My sandwich was well made but they have a very few sandwich to choose from the menu and crews are very busy especially during busy hours and cannot entertain you very much.

I had ordered some toasted bites of Tuna melt and beef steak for £1.49 each. The server asked me what sauce I would like and after I had selected one, when I requested for a little of another sauce, he was very rude and said that I can't do that and I would need to order a general sub for that instead.At the bare minimum, as a customer, I expect to be treated fairly and with respect. There is no where that the store mentions a limit on the sauces you can select on any of their products.I felt unfairly discriminated against and I won't be visiting this Subway again anytime soon.

This is a nice Subway with a good seating area Best of all, it has a really good selection. And is very good for Lunch times. Is situated right by Tower Bridge. And easy to walk to. The best thing I had here was the meatless subway. I couldn't believe. It didn't contain any meat, it tasted just like the real thing. I would definitely be visiting subway again to have that meatless sandwich..

A big cappuccino with a great taste! Chocolate truffle cake was amazing. Prices are pretty normal on this spot and staff very charming. Plugs to charge phones are great

I would have given a 0 star if there was an option to do that. The staff is extremely rude and trustworthy. We went there as a group and my son ordered a cheese toastie and a cookie among other things. We took all the other food and by mistake left the cookies and toastie at the counter. My husband went there within 5 minutes from the downstairs seating but the staff said we had to reorder. When we did, the toastie had barely any cheese and the little that it did have was not even baked properly. A big let-down.
