They don’t change their plastic gloves often enough. The lady made my sandwich with dirty gloves and they didn’t put enough of the ingredients in my sandwich.I honestly believe any good review of this place is simply fake.

I ordered 4 tuna subs and none of them were toasted nor they had cheese on them. Rubbish service, please train your staff to follow the order instructions.

I wanted to purchase a foot long bread on its own. And was charged £5.60 ish which is funny. He said could get salad so I asked ifni can just get it on the side, not in the sandwich as I wanted to make something at home and the guy said no, has to be in the sandwich.What are with these weird rules haha I am so confused. So yes I was a mug and paid £5.60 for the foot long bread on its own. Thanks guys! What a weird conversation

*** Remember his Face Sandwich Artist Called AliI went today(sep,29) at Night. I politly asked for aSandwich. he just behave like i am not a human.I havnt found any human behaviour in him. I dont know why he behave like this whilist my friend is with me.

I went in for lunch but walked out after witnessing one girl stocking cookies while eating them. Putting a half eaten cookie which she just bit into on a tray with all the 'fresh' ones. Hands from mouth to food is an unforgivable lack of hygiene. The other staff was making a sub while being on her phone. Neither had masks on which i would expect while handling food and taking in this time. I definitely wont be going back.

I've been to this Subway several times now and each time I've received excellent customer service particularly from Aisha who is very helpful, friendly, patient and always has a smile on her face. It's a clean store and they give you sufficient toppings.

Headed over to the Whitechapel branch today. I use this branch a lot and the staff are a mixed bunch. However, I received patient and exceptional service from a employee in teaining called Nadir. I went around 6:30pm on 07/12/19 and he was extremely friendly and accommodating. I have a vegetarian in my family and got Nadir to change his gloves several times and he didn't complain once and heard me out very patiently. He took my orders perfectly and with a smile. I just want to say thank you and that I hope your manager promotes you because you deserve it!

Probably the worst Subway I've ever been to. The store was empty when I arrived and there were no clients waiting to be served either, yet the staff seemed to be on a rush. I was not able to read the menu carefully before they started asking me in a very rude way what i wanted. When I ordered the vegetables, they were extremely impatient. I just wanted three different ingredients but I only got two: I wanted both letuce and spinach and they told me I could only choose one (which I know it's not true 'cause I've worked at Subway myself). I also wanted corn, they only added like 6 pieces. When I ordered some more (cause I felt it was not enough), they complained and put a whole bunch in the sandwich so it was basically a corn sandwich. I complained and got nothing in return. The same thing happened with the sauces. The worst Subway workers I've ever met and worst sub I've ever eaten. Extremely disappointed .
