Great service, good selection of beers and a lively atmosphere

We booked a table for our colleagues last week and were met with two lovely members of staff. They were so attentive and very friendly! The 2 stars I have awarded are for those two ladies. The minus 3 stars were for the incredibly rude woman behind the bar - I believe her name was Irena. When I asked to pay our tab, she snapped back at me and said 'How am I supposed to know what tab you are?' then stormed off. She then preceded to give us rude looks which made us feel a bit intimidated. Not sure what we did wrong, all we wanted to do is pay our bill!

Had a lovely, tasty lunch here with quality wines before visiting the 'War of the World' experience.

An extraordinary, simple but smart pub and kitchen tucked away down Mitre street in the heart of the city. Great beer with plenty of choice for us "lager louts" and Pride +Oliver's available for the "Cask boys". Wonderful service and a jolly disposition from the staff. I love the deep emerald green tiles and wood adorning the place, a real marker for a London pub. A huge "Gin Palace" downstairs, ready for a party. It all looks wonderful. Love the tip to sailing with the nautical flags on the stairs. It all made me smile!

We stopped in after just walking by and were very glad we did.  There were a lot of different food options to choose from and everything we ordered was delicious.  I was very happy with the number of vegetarian options and the staff was very friendly and knowledgable.  Loved the beer brewed by the company as well.

We stopped by last week as we were visiting from the Isle of Wight and service was excellent, staff was super attentive and drinks arrived quickly. Wings and squid were delicious. Def coming by again next time for a sit down meal.

We popped in on Saturday for the England's match without a booking and the staff managed to accommodated us and they were super attentive throughout the evening, food was also very delicious. My husband and I were visiting from Plymouth and we want to say a big thank you to the staff. Def recommend Trinity Bell.
