This place has really gone downhill, Iv been here few times since it opened and it wasn’t this bad.We came ordered starters and mains it was 45mins still waiting for my starters I can see Deliveroo drivers coming in and out, they seem to be prioritising deliveries more than the people sitting in the restaurant.The was another couple waiting even longer than me and their food finally came after the enquired few times.So my starters finally came after 1hr.Within 1 minute my main came? I said why is my mains coming out now after waiting all this time they had nothing to say.They are known for their burgers if you saw my burger you’d think it was from a local bbq in the park all messy not appetising and my partners one which was the tbh special was even worse!I will not be coming back here again after the awful food and the bad service! Goodbye

One of the best burgers I ever had!

Fantastic full English specially the portion and variety of the food you get. Great tasting meat. I’m not a fan of BBQ but this has a unique sweet taste 👍

I would have to give 1 star because of the prices, you’d think the most successful franchises and restaurant doesn’t even charge that much, the fact is halal and good quality food which I’d give 5 stars but for the prices on the menu, you'd mostly like see me once in a while but in other restaurants can get a whole burger MEAL. all for £10 and 100% they’ll see me often there It’s simple marketing that this restaurant lacks. Then there’s changing your beef patty to chicken patty which would cost £1 on top, how that does that make sense, first of all I’m only changing meat patties and second of all charging more to change from beef to chicken this is day light robbery. But food is beautiful.

One of the best halal gourmet burger spots in the area! The quality of the food is fantastic and very tasty. Atmosphere is so warming. Customer service is very friendly and accommodating. The only downside is the amount of time it took for my order to arrive at the table, almost 45 mins but it was well worth the wait. The burgers are just so good, super filling and hits the spot. The chicken steak was also very nice, maybe tone it down with the bbq taste in the gravy as its already coating the chicken steak. Not sure about the egg as it isn't needed but all in all, this place is great. I'd highly recommend!

Exquisite food. We ordered the classic lamb burger with sweet potato fries, chicken burger, wings and the chicken steak.The food was very good, absolutely delicious. Excellent customer service.

Food was surprisingly delicious for a neighborhood burger spot and the place has a nice vibe. Food arrived super fast, mostly flavorful, and very satisfying. Definitely recommend and will be back from NYC when I visit London again!

Do yourself a favour and come check this place out! What a wonderful experience from start to end. Beautiful interior, very Instagramic. The atmosphere was great the staff were very nice. The burger was spot on!

Ordered the Chicken burger and both came with a roasted burger buns it was soo solid I was shocked this was served as an item to eat. The firecraker burger was dry. The home- made fries were uncooked on the inside and burnt on the outside (probably forgot to defrost before frying?) This is the second time I've been let down by them, thought first time was a one-off - never again!
