Very happy to find such a welcoming family run restaurant for our lunch! They clearly take pride in their business: the food was delicious and we really enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you and we wish you well for the New Year with a return to full capacity.

Excellent Turkish restaurant. I've been there quite a few times and was never disappointed. The food is well-prepared with great Turkish specialities, the portions are generous and the service is friendly. Last but not least, it's fairly priced!

Decent food with reasonable price. The waitresses are every friendly and efficient. We were frequent visitors when we lived in the Isle of dogs. The lunch menu are a good deal over the weekdays when you want to have a quick lunch

A cosy restaurant with expectational food and operated by warm hearted staff. The chicken wrap has juicy chicken, simple seasoning which allow you taste what the original ingredient was but delicious, the fries were fresh, crisp outside. The restaurant has the most hearty food in the region in my opinion.[A side story about this place]: One year ago on a gloomy and cold day, I was moving-in somewhere around, I came to this shop for just a cup of tea, the stuff probably realised that I have no cash with me and let me pay with card for my order (something like 3 pounds). The act warmed my heart on that day.

It’s really nice food and good service. We were given free bread and hummus on arrival which was a nice finishing touch.

Friendly service with big smiles all round. Very spacious and relaxing. Had Sunday roast beef. Food was decent, smaller portions that what I’m used to eating out but after apple crumble & 2 pints I left there feeling nice and full! The normal menu looks appealing may well be back again soon.

Love the food, cocktails & service. Ample space to dine indoors or outdoors. The tapas starters are good to share with 2 people, as plenty of food, the bread is freshly made & they are generous & provide another round if you have run out. Recommend lamb beyti, best for main if had too many starters, you can share this dish as well, equal portions for two. Reasonable prices & excellent customer service. I'll be back again.

I've always wanted to try this place out since it first opened but never got down to it for one reason or another but finally did with the family...The place itself is located in a nice spot, which was converted from 'The Isle of Dogs Fire Engine Station' in the 2000s. There are seating inside and out with a few tables based near the windows which can be opened out for a nice enough view. The food was nice, we didn't have any problems with our visit. The staff were also nice, so nothing bad to be said.Getting here was easy enough, you can use the local buses and stop at East Ferry Road (Stop E) which uses the D7, 135 and the N550, East Ferry Road (Stop B) which uses D7, 277(N) and N550 and the Millwall Park (Stop L), 135 and 277(N).Alternatively you can stop at Island Gardens (DLR) or even use the Greenwich Foot Tunnel and walk it here. Not bad.

From the moment we approach the door everything was lovely. The host asked us if we had a reservation (they were very busy due to the “eat out to help out“ scheme) and we said no. She went back inside for a couple of seconds and came back and offered us a table at a corner next to the window (perfect for a hot humid night). She got us menus, took our order and the food came really fast. Despite being fully booked on a very hot, humid Wednesday evening, everyone working there was really nice, no delays, no long faces. And the food... OMG! The food was delicious! I would give them 6* if I could! I was really impressed.
