Id give it no stars if I could!Went here last weekend for a birthday and was greeted by the rudest staff on arrival and throughout service the waitress was down right rude and you can tell she didn’t want to be there.Ordered a full English fry up and when I asked can I substitute an item on the plate for another the waitress looked at me in disbelief and got off on a strop saying no! we cannot as not all items are the same cost and you can’t change a cheaper item for a more expensive one as they will lose out of money on the dish.Would never come here again or recommend

I really enjoyed our meal here. The whole restaurant is open plan. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nathan served us. Everything my friend and I ordered was lovely. It was very relaxed. The food seemed to be influenced by lots of different cultural dishes which meant a good selection for everyone!

The cocktail making class we had for my girlfriends 21st was amazing. Staff were really helpful and made the experience so much better. Helps that the cocktails are good too !! We had a table of 8 on a Saturday so it was a great laugh and a great atmosphere. They give you a selection of cocktails to make which is great if you have people with fussy taste and you can make the cocktails how you like to suite your needs. Highly recommend and thanks again to the team 😊

Was in The Parlour on Friday night with a large party, service was impeccable! The staff so lovely and helpful. Such a lovely thing to see the staff having smiles on there face and laughing whilst working and showing they are enjoying a shift. When choosing a cocktail I was unsure of what to try when I was approached my a guy on the bar in a waist coat I think his name was Jake, he asked me if I wanted some help and talked me through what was in the cocktail I had asked for (Persian Spritz). My friend was also served by a small French guy and long hair his name was Ant on the bar who was very funny and polite, he served us a few other times too, both of them men where amazing with service we will definitely be coming back! Will definitely be coming back!!

Preng and Jake and their team at the Parlour Bar literally saved my 9 year old daughter's birthday on Sunday when we were let down very last minute by the nearby Big Easy restaurant, who cancelled our reservation for 15 children and 7+ adults less than an hour before we were due to dine with them after we'd been ice skating nearby. I cannot thank them enough - they went out of their way to ensure my party still went ahead, and despite no prior booking with them and their kitchen due to close at 5pm (it was 4:45pm!) they quickly organised a fantastic space for us all and took our orders in record time so that all children and adults were fed within minutes of arriving. They were then so kind and helpful and ensured my daughter and our guests all had a lovely evening, allowing us to use the space for as long as we needed. Thank you SO much to Preng and Jake and everyone there for being so accommodating on a Sunday evening, for their quick thinking and excellent service - the food and drink were all excellent too - we will definitely be back. You literally saved the day for us and a lot of hungry children and parents!

This was one of my worse experience in Canary Wharf. The waitresses was so slow we had to call them 3 times for drinks and food. Booked a tabel and sat on a corner and there were so many free tables on the corner. The food was ok but hey for that money you can eat much better in Canary Wharf. The drink omg🤮.... the wine was off and the prosecco was luke warm plus our orders came from. I was ashamed to go there. I work for a very big Global Firm and I meant to book a work party meal here but no no no so please avoid going here..... Btw. Its only a start Parlour.Regards

First time at the Parlour. Just paid 11 odd quid for a double g&t. I cannot taste any gin in it and the cheapo glass it has come in is sticky. I would expect this if I was paying £5 at a spoons. For this price the drink should be coming in a half decent glass, not be covered in a sticky substance and at least taste refreshing. Unimpressed.

I was visit this restaurant with my friends the last Saturday. We ordered a tea, cocktail and one Virgin cocktail, I take the virgin cocktail it was the most bad drink I have see in my life🤢 when I was try almost I did puke... The another drinks is no to bad but it was not nice as well. After of this shock I ask for water, never is didn't came of course. The good news is the prices of the drink menu is not expensive and the the restaurant is beautiful.Of course I don't gonna came back but if you want my aspects if you have less money and you wanna drink something go in this restaurant and take something simple.

Booked a table at 2 clock arrived and informed them we were here ( young guy came over and was very helpful and took the order) after that 20 minutes later an assortment of staff came over to ask or find out if we had ordered, no one seemed to be bothered if we had or not. Drinks order eventually arrived (even though on the bar for over 10 mins) food eventually arrived very mediocre. Am sad because over a year ago was a regular customer, it was great, don't know what happened. Won't be going again, seems they don't want regulars back.

Location is great in the middle of Canary Wharf, lots of outdoor space. Staff is nice but seems to be overwhelmed or a bit inexperienced. Gave our reservation to another group by mistake. A couple of plates had to be sent back due to poor quality food. They were nice about it but still have a poor overall experience.
