Fancied a Chinese on a Friday night and I chose them on Just Eat. Wasn't aware of the bad ratings/ reviews before I ordered. Was worried. As it transpired, it was a good service. Food arrived on time (they were 10 mins away), food was still warm (soup was hot enough) and it tasted decent. No complaints. They were trying, at least with me.

Great spot to get something when in a rush. The service is prompt, rates are fair, good vibes. Will come visit again

Ordered on Just eat at 22:45 but didn't get my food until midnight. Phoned a couple of times and they were very polite but I wasn't convinced that the food was ready and waiting for the driver. I was reading the horror stories on the reviews while I was waiting but, to be honest, when it did finally arrive, it was very nice. Loads of good quality chicken in my curry (the sauce was a bit glutenous but was enjoyable once mixed with the egg-fried rice (which was delicious). As the meal came so late, I had the chicken chow mien for lunch today and it was really good. I will use again but allow an extra hour.

Awful customer service. Ordered through just eat and it never got delivered. They delivered it to the wrong address and blamed ME for my postcode being incorrect on their satnav. Even though all address details were correct on the order. Still have not received a refund. Rude. Thieves.

Been here before as my regular Chinese was closed the food took 2 hours to come and was luke warm on arrival. Took a change stupidly again hoping it would be better but again took over 2 hours to come the food is luke warm and the chips are missing! Wont be getting food from here again.

The prawn toast & chicken satay were the best part of this meal. Ordered Mix Hor O’oeuvres of vegetarian spring rolls, seaweed, spare ribs, sesame prawn toast & satay chicken on skewers. Chicken fried rice was bland and not authentic at all.

Ordered chicken chow mein, sweet and sour pork and curry sauce. Up to hour wait they said in the 'Just Eat' booking site. After 3/4 hour they phoned me but I couldn't understand what they said. After over an hour I phoned up to be told my order had been cancelled. They're in E3 and I'm in E2 so not far and not a big order. Very annoyed as extremely hungry by now. I won't be ordering from them again.

This used to be an excellent takeaway, our local Chinese for 1 year. The food used to be fresh and not greasy. But in the last 2 months it must have undergone new management. The food used to arrive after 30-40mins (we live 15-20mins away) but now it takes over 1 hour, and the last time it took 1 and a half hours! I called to complain but I was given some poor excuse about traffic and no apology. The driver said ours was the 2nd delivery out of 4. The food suddenly went downhill - the beef is now tough, the pork is soggy, and everything much more greasy and salty.I really hope things go back to how it was, and if they do, I would be happy to give 5 stars. For now it is definitely a one star :(
