As I was licking my lips and my belly rumbling with hunger. I went to about 3 stores in canary wharf. I chose to get a wrap in the end. The man serving me loaded the tortilla with spicey rice stewed black beans, then loaded on the slow cooked pulled beef. He went over to the cold section loaded on the guacamole mixed salad chilli sauce and jalapeño diced pepper. All I could think was how is the man going to roll this wrap. The guy expertably wrapped my borito . Very rare that I eat out but u am now hooked and a fan cant wait to go back and try the lamd or chicken or vegetable. The borito was the best I have tasted. So worth waiting for. I would recommend any person chef foodie to try this brand. 5star all the way

Anyone who chooses this over Taco Bell has some serious issues and needs to take those taste buds back for a refund. I really didn't enjoy it. I'd only go for a Tortillas if I was diabetic and was about to go into a coma and desperately needed some food. #vom

I have ordered from Tortilla for years and have always been very happy with their fresh food and generous portions. Lately, however ordering via Deliveroo on at least 4 occasions they have left items off of my order. Each time, there’s little I can do except go through the hassle of filing for a refund. Because of this, they have lost a customer.

Lovely and super tasty food, amazing and really nice staff in Canary Wharf especially Mariana and Paulina they were both serving me I felt a superstar, giving advices and answering my annoying questions! Definitely a place to visit if you're around! Thanks to the kitchen as well, you guys made my day taste a lot better!!!

It would be great if you could put at least a "V" on the veggie burrito. We literally had to tear the burrito apart to find out which one was the veggie. And we could only identify because the meat one had guacamole. If it wasn't for that we wouldn't have known. The guacamole was not well made at all. There were huge pieces of avocado and I couldn't eat with the nachos. They were not crushed, they were literally big pieces of avocado.

I gave to say Thursdays are my new favourite day of the week. I love the £1 Taco Thursdays deal they have on at Tortilla. We've made it a date night special here. Sometimes the line can get a little long because you need to order at the counter for this special but normally they have automated machines where you order ahead in store and just step up to the counter to have it made. The service is friendly and the ingredients always taste fresh. I wouldn't dare call it authentic Mexican but the flavours are great and the choice too. As a flexitarian, I hope they will revise the vegan chilli sin carne - its got a very much baby food kind of vibe. It could be better. But all in all, I'll keep coming back! Also, don't forget to try their special table sauce, it's top! A little extra kick that's more flavorful than just adding jalapeños, and more spicy than their (mild) spicy sauce option.

Nice clean tasty, not cold, nice staff and load music inside where it is warm, nice quiet but cold outside. We enjoyed the dishes we had, the only thing I did not like, is the huge amount of napkins put with our order, we could do with 20% of that.

I want to love this place, but the portion sizes are so hit or miss. Sometimes I’ll get a full, large burrito or burrito bowl (full to the lid), the other times you’ll get half the size but you’re still paying the same. Can’t do anything about it when you’re ordering it for delivery. Last time they didn’t add any of my salsa options. Whilst it’s quick to make, it seems like the speed is sacrificing consistent portion sizes. Should be overscooping if you’re going so fast that you can’t portion correctly!

Had food from here regularly, recently I had the beef tacos and didn’t like it but like the chicken quesadilla and their nachos taste really delicious. Staff always nice and helpful and happy to answer any questions.

Ordered burrito for the first time in life and the experience was really bad. Didn’t like it at all! Jack cheese was missing, tomato rice was very dry and hard to chew, full of onions inside, very small portion of chicken with 1 piece of courgette (veg) which was not cooked properly! VERY TASTELESS AND DISGUSTING. Will never order again!
