Zizzi - St Katharine Docks in Tower Hamlets

The staff was super nice. Very polite. We took a meal, which consisted of Tiramisu, garlic bread and pizza. They even gave complementary fried snack whilst we waited for our pizza.

Best Zizzis we have eatten at. Great food, drinks and service. Had a really good evening. Our waiter Matthew was FANTASTIC a real credit to the chain, thanks for making our evening so enjoyable.

Serving & food very nice, a good spicy pizza, good coffee, 5 stars for that. But the 3 stars is because of the toilets : they were clean, actually the guy finished cleaning when I went there ; but 2 doors of 3 were having an issue with the handle, and the hands dryer has no power and is so slow, there is also no alternative of paper towels for drying our hands, either. For a such well known brand in UK, for a such place situated in heart of London, you should update your toilets and do the necessarily repairs in time. Employees were great, no complains about that.

Zizzi at Kathrine dock is one of the gem. Ambience and view is really great, perfect to come in summer to sit outside for a water view. We ordered their new smoked cheese pasta and beef shin smoked cheese pizza. Both were good but pasta lacked seasoning.We also ordered dessert when tiramisu meet brownie with chocolate popcorn. Unfortunately there was no popcorn and the hot sauce was not hot at all. It was cold hard brownie with creme cheese on top. Dessert was big let down.I will go again however I will never order dessert again here

Went with my family today. Super friendly and very attentive staff. We loved hearty food and warm atmosphere. Thanks to team!

Bad Service: There were two staffs when we got there, but ended up with one when we have to pay. I understand that she was in a rush mood as she had to run around to service 4 tables but having an annoyed face and no 'thank you' or 'goodbye' to customer is not acceptable.Food can be improved: There were at least 5 dishes were not available from the menu. The portion was big but not up for the quality and price. The calamari was served 2 minutes after ordering, very 'efficient'.

Exceptional service with fantastic food. We had an office dinner here and we couldn't have chosen a better spot. Matt and Robert looked after us with great care, paying mind to our dietary requirements and special requests. The service was quick and the food was delicious. We will return.

Top notch on their customer service. We had a very nice friendly waiter and we couldn't have asked for any nicer and friendlier service. Location is perfect too as is next to Saint Katherine's marina. The pizzas were made with a ver thin crispy pastry, which it wasn't too heavy. Overall we are going back and I will recommend this place.

Amazing customer service. The food is amazing, totally worth the money. I don’t think I have ever had better pasta or tiramisu. God bless Italian cuisine! Very nice atmosphere for a romantic dinner or a friend meet up, plus the location is beautiful, nice if you want to take some pictures after.

Lovely Italian restaurant located in the heart of St Katherine’s Dock Marina. Two floors and large seating. During the pandemic there was plenty of space between tables. Contactless and card payments only. Food is ordered via a website along with payment too. Clear simple instructions. Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Would go again.
