Very busy place and super nice and accommodating staff. Chips were really nice and so was the plaice. However, slight odd taste, which I believe was the oil. This is the only reason I gave 4. If I could give 4.5, I would have. Would definitely return. Phone order is a must as this place is extremely busy.

Nice guys, reasonable fish & chips. Can’t comment on the other items on the menu as the haddock and cod is all we’ve tried. Delivery is an option but I think it’s gone up from a min order of £10 to £15 as of recent.Always been reasonably quick with any orders and never any mistakes. It’s local so we’ve had fish from them a fair few times.Super easy to find and places to park are often found near Tesco express or one of the side roads. Although beware of resident parking hours, maybe have someone wait in the car whilst you collect.

Another hidden gem. All government guidelines are in place. Great service and lovely ambience. Love the menu with drinks. Very welcoming and nothing is too small to ask. Go treat yourselves; grab a friend that you may have been neglecting and try this place for yourself. Come out of your comfort zone while the weather is still good and have yourself a blessed time. Or go alone and make a new friend there. Just start with a smile and just say hello, my name is ..... how are you today? It works for me....bless

Fresh cod was haddock...same cost. However you want what you pay for. Chinese (not indian)curry sauce instead of chip shop and a frozen chicken burger that was awful for the 4 pound cost. I stopped at the food review until contacted by the outlet...when trying to pay i was told cash only meaning a 5 minute walk for cash. Then upon coming back 2 arabic locals was allowed to pay with bank details they keep on the wall. Strange i wasn't allowed.

Best Fish & Chips in Waltham ForestTried many of the different fish and chips shops in Walthamstow, Leyton and the surrounding areas over the years however no others come close!Fish and chips are always cooked fresh, the batter is always nice and crispy, value for money and the taste never disappoints.Only criticism is that I wished they delivered with some of the other food delivery companies whilst maintaining their competitive prices so I could order to my doorstep far more regularly!

They never disappoint me and my family. The chips are always fresh and hot and the fish is so well done and always hot. Food is delivered in a reasonable time (15mins max)And their customer service is brilliant.

I bought medium fish and 1 portion of chips. £8.50Portion sizes are generous. Loads of chips and a decent size fish.Overall I wasn't too impressed with the food. Not as good as other shops ive been to. To be honest, it makes me appreciates other shops I go to quite a bit more. Th batter isnt as light and the chips not as fluffy. I ate the food and I cant say its bad but its just not amazing.
