Held an event in the function room on Saturday and stayed and ate here a number of nights over this weekend. Fantastic team, helpful management, great food, friendly staff and great service from everyone including the attached hotel. Highly recommend a warm and friendly place. Thank you.

Visited this restaurant on my own today, and had to be there for more than a couple of hours. I was served by 4 different members of staff, and every one of them was excellent. The service was so good, caring and patient. Highly recommend for a warm welcome and good service. The food I had was basic "pub grub", but the price was reasonable for London area. No complaints from me at all.

I go to Brewers fayre all the time. You cannot fault the staff they are both friendly and professional and have obviously been very well trained. The food is delicious, especially on a Sunday, you can get a normal size roast or a large size, and the large is enormous! Everything we’ve tasted on the menu is really nice except for the burgers which are sometimes really good and sometimes not so good. Lovely cheap place to eat with good quality food!

Disappointed. Vegan burger was just burger and bread with a teaspoon of melted "cheese". Very dry. Condiments had to be asked for, not offered. Vegan dessert was served with whipped real cream on top! Waiter wax excellent and very helpful though.

Good size pub / restaurant with parking.Nice place to come to after a walk around in Epping forest.At the moment does look like they are short of staff, but hospitality staff shortage has been noticed in other places too.

Good place for a meal after a walk in Epping Forest. Conveniently located 5 minutes from Chingford station. Went here for a Sunday roast buffet. Good price and decent food. Spacious interior and friendly staff.

The food comes out looking nothing like the pictures. Kids pizza meal shows half a pizza and chips. Comes out as a single slice. Nachos starter look beautiful on the menu, comes out with a few nachos chucked on a plate with some grated cheese on top. Seriously just poor quality and it's not cheap either!

Staff were rude and uninterested, we arrived at 10pm after a long journey and was advised the bar would close in 15- 30 mins. When we asked for another drink the barman said that will have to be your last as I have turned the pumps off ! 10-20. Avoid this place it’s shocking!!
