Bru Coffee & Gelato in Waltham Forest

Ice cream super melty like soup as you can check in the pics. We advice them to do anything about that for hygiene issue and they said this is still respecting the hygiene rules.... Also, place is full of flies and in toilet too. Please sort this out as this place can be really enjoyable.

Me and my friend went there to order bubble tea, it was the worst thing I’ve ever had the minute I took a sip I felt sick and so did my friend. I asked the girl kindly to change it for me and she said since they didn’t do anything wrong she can’t refund or change it. Such a disappointing experience.

Lovely, Jubbly! Nice deserts and brilliant customer service. What more do you require when you have a sweet tooth? Give me more more and more. The rainbow cake. Uffffffff. I know why someone sent me here.

Great place to visit and chill with above standard choice of snacks, coffee, ice cream, milkshake etc.....To be honest their Raspberry Ripple milkshake is (in my opinion) the best tasting milkshake in the area. My nine year old is a huge fan and we frequently visit just for that.To top it all the staff are always friendly and greet with a smile - just a lovely place all round.Only issue is if travelling by car then parking can be a problem.

This is the place to be especially on a Tuesday night as they have such a wide variety of games in hand. Also such an immaculate range of teas which I was so amazed at as well as the service provided from the lovely Zahrah.

Cute cosy spot. The waffles are the perfect size for one unlike them massive waffles that you can’t finish on your own so need a minimum of two. I really loved their cute little cups for tea. Great customer service and the interior with books is a nice touch. Their bonoffee milkshake is delicious 🤤

Been twice, v nice interior and decorations. Had the dirty chai which wasn't bad but not sure if coffee+tea go well. Staff were friendly. Also ordered a single espresso and was very disappointed with the quality and quantity. Had no crema and was a very small amount (see image). Not sure if there was an issue with the machine or coffee beans were old but the consistency was also poor for the concentrated amount of coffee. Would probably go again with friends and order a tea

It was my first time here but definitely not the last. Their food is great, service was quick and prices are reasonable in my opinion. The only reason why you shouldn’t choose this place is if you want to eat a lot of food for little money otherwise it is lovely. I’ve had a very very positive experience. I’ve had the Spanish Rose Latte and the Terry’s Chocolate Explosion

Best coffee I have had in UK so far. Desserts are just okay but coffee is phenomenal!

Loved this store! I ordered a Spanish Rose Latte and it was literal perfection. The staff are amazing. There's also WiFi and sockets in the store for those looking for a cafe to get some work done.
