Buns E17 in Waltham Forest

We found Buns whilst looking for somewhere to eat. The decor was really interesting, and we got a really friendly reception. But the real find was the food. I had a double patty burger, and to call it a burger just doesn't do it any justice at all. It was without doubt the best burger I have had. It was delicious! Go find out for yourselves. It was great.

We found Buns quite by accident when looking for something to eat. And what a find. Very interesting decor, welcoming staff, and burgers to die for. The Crown burger I had was simply the best I have ever had. Beautiful flavour, and cooked to perfection. Go and get yourselves a treat.

This was for a long time on the list of places travelled past frequently that looked interesting to try but never had the time to do so. Finally visited and chose to dine-in, and the experience was really amazing. Tasty food and shakes, a good variety of meat and vegan options, friendly staff, eye-catching interior design and an all round fantastic vibe from Buns that made our day! Strongly recommend the Nachos as a starter.

***PLEASE READ***I feel bad for having to leave a 2 star review as I come here regularly and the food here is absolutely phenomenal, However the customer service in store lately has been terrible.I came in store recently with a friend to eat in and was greeted by a young eastern European lady who was very rude. She was playing some type of eastern European gangster rap very loudly on the shop speakers and too busy with her friend behind the counter to take my order. They were both very loud and unprofessional and talking about things that i believe are too inappropriate to leave in this review section. Her friend was sitting on the floor by the toilet door making it very awkward to use.I have nothing but positive experiences with the other members of staff at buns who are absolutely brilliant and set the bar for working in hospitality but this girl is letting the shop down and setting a horrible example.

Only had the buffalo chicken burger, and sat in to eat. The member of staff on was super friendly, and the burger was fantastic. Will definitely be going back!

First time trying the burgers and won’t be our last! Cooked to perfection, moist buns and even the wings were crispy under all that extra sauce we asked for! Oreo & Nutella milkshake was great too. Used the 10% discount on the website and will do again! Thanks staff!

can't even be bothered to argue this anymore. You're running a food business run it properly and send out a cheap tub of Mayo with every order as standard cos the hand full of chips Which I pay through my nose for are soggy and dry and bit of Mayo is not to mutch to ask is it?. Now wen a customer request it by phone stating order N and is ignored is bad practice,Hence Y I leave honest review.. for fellow foodies

Good food. Wings were cooked just how I like them. The Buffalo sauce needs some work I think the sauce was just store bought but buffalo needs to be cut with vinegar and butter to make it any good. Fries were good. Will try a burger next time

Ordered for lunch earlier today via Deliveroo. The vegan burger was ok but not great, the fries lacked flavour and therefore were quite boring but the main issue and reason for leaving a one star review was the vegan milkshake. Having paid £6.90 for pretty much a total of 250ml it's safe to say the Buns sticker on the bottle of "eat, drink, smile" made me very angry. I understand vegan ingredients can cost more but charging this much for so little takes the biscuit and shoves it up my arse.
