Costa Coffee in Waltham Forest

I get medium cappuccino this morning, doesn’t tasted like cappuccino at all. Milk was boiled and I burn my tongue. Guys the prices are increased now and obviously we want best service and good coffe. This Costa is close to my house but from now I will go in the Whaltamstow shopping center. The workers definitely need more training.

Like every other Costa you've ever been too except on the weekend I was in Walthamstow visiting, no iced drinks!!

Nice place to enjoy a coffee. Also, the staff is nice.

Non smiling staff. Substandard drink (strawberry frappe) and sticky floors. Welcome to Costa Coffee at the station. You won't see me back in there. Ciao Costa

I bought a cup of latte, and the barista made the latter very awful. They pull the milk before the coffee. And the barista with black hair and brown skin behaved a bit racist, as while I spoke English, I got a bit stammered. The most awful coffee experience I have ever had in the UK.

This isnt my regular local costa but its very clean and comfortable. Very good customer service.Went in for my usual Aero caramel hot chocolate 😍 . Fast and friendly service

Staff is too casual and not doing their work. Trays are dirty and it's not from our coffees.

Another bad review for the same staff, Diana.Wrote a bed review about you couple weeks ago because of your unprofessional behaviour, taking wrong order from other customers, throwing the coffee in front of the customers, not apologising for wrong order and talking to me in very rude way.Next time I went to the caff the manager of the shop approached me and telling me off why I wrote I bad review for his staff. His reason it will look bad on his managerial skills. Basically telling me you should have not wrote review of my observations. Otherwise this guy is a very good batista and good with customer.Visited the caff this morning, the same staff Diana refused to serve me, I asked someone else to serve me, she said she is the only one. On my way out she calls me stupid and I answered with a not good hand gesture. Appaling unprofessional staff, backing up their rude staff and loosing their customers.

No space and rude customers!! So, the fact that Costa are blocking off the tables which are unsuitable for social distancing is admirable but all the other branches have done this with some smidgen of logic but not this branch. If you look at the first picture attached, the table right alongside the guy is available which puts us like 2 feet apart. The table on the right which is far away is blocked. Who's logic is this?I went upstairs and found that a bunch of teens who were together and chatting away, were taking up a large area that could have seated 4 extra people. They were nursing just a glass of water and were nested in for the day. I asked if they could sit together and free up the extra table and they said No. Then I asked if I could sit at their table, and they again said No. And told me I was rude for suggesting it. It seems they havent been raised with any ethics or manners whatsoever. I sat at a table at least 6 feet away but Costa had blocked it off (why???) Lots of people were milling around with trays of hot food and drinks by now and nowhere to sit down. I ended up dropping my drinks and food all over the floor and these girls laughed and mocked me in front of all the customers. I left in tears and will never be back.

Place is very comfy and spacious, staff is nice, coffee decent but what can I say... the network in the area sucks and they have no wifi so it's a pain!
