Very standard pub, hope you like sport because there's a TV on every flat surface showing some kind of sport.

The County serves me for many purposes. Going out for drinks with mates. A moments peace from the children. Also sometimes I bring the children and they are more than welcome. A place to work on my laptop when working from home is getting stale. The people who frequent here are nice, the staff are all lovely, the food is good. Best of all, its cheap. Win, win, win.

It was amazing food.rump steak was perfectly cooked.and catsu chicken burger was out standing.services was amazing. Was there on a Tuesday so it was fairly quiet. Staff were friendly. Would be nice to have a few more ales on offer but the ipa I had was good.

Hosted a baby shower in the function room upstairs,the space is versatile,fairy lights are already up,you are able to decorate for your event anyhow you like. We had a hot/cold buffet provided by the pub,prices for drinks were reasonable,food was delicious. Thank you County Arms for letting us host afabulous event.Staff were amazing and helpful.

I would highly recommend the County Arms for a relaxed friendly fun place to have a drink and a catch up with friends, the bar staff and the manage Faye really know how to be hospitable and they really look after you. Even though during these trying times they maintained a happy smiling environment for you to sit back and relax. All I can say is keep up the good work Faye and we look forward to many more enjoyable evenings. Julie
