Very nice. Enjoyed my crepe, was lovely. The company I was with thought their waffles tasted a little too eggy but the toppings helped. Staff was very friendly and polite.

KEEP AWAY!! CROSS CONTAMINATION!!!I came here with friends and we ordered food and drinks. Firstly they messed the food up and asked if we could “just eat it even though it was wrong” to which of course we did not do. I am a vegan as I am lactose intolerant majorly and i mentioned this on entry. I ordered a plant based milkshake and plant based cookie dough. The milkshake came out and I have had creams vegan chocolate milkshakes before and they are usually a lot darker than normal milkshakes but this one wasn’t dark at all. I instantly asked is this vegan to which the women replied yes. I drank a small amount as you would, trusting the staff. I then knew instantly this had milk in it. I then asked another member of staff to double check it was vegan and he came back and assured me it was although I had begun feeling very unwell. My friend then went to the counter to ask for a new one as we were sure it had milk to which they admitted they incorrectly added vanilla dairy ice cream. I asked for my reciept and they refused and said they were “too busy” until I demanded I wanted a full refund and got very upset as I was very under the weather at this point. Please be careful as not only do these people not care for others welfare they don’t care about you as a customer. Keep away at all costs.

I've had a couple of deliveries from here and it didn't disappoint. The crepes are delicious! The crepe royale is one of the best crepes I've had. I love the ice cream also. My daughter also enjoys the crepes here. She likes to invent her own. The portion sizes are generous. It is quite expensive but it is totally worth it. I would recommend.

Wonderful place to go with the children, or family the staff were very friendly, the young lady that had served us was amazing with the children. Very luscious desserts, they were very generous with the chocolate sauces and milkshakes. 10 on 10 will be coming back again soon as the service was brilliant, also the chocolate fudge cake was delicious perfect for a cold evening❤

Unfortunately the portions and quality and price were all a little disappointing.There's another dessert place down the road called UC Urban Chocolatiers with similiar prices however a MUCH larger portion and they invest in packaging to take the dessert home.The sizes of desserts here were HALF the size of desserts of UC. To package the dessert was also a disaster.However the desserts were still tasty and service was QUICK!!!Although Ubran Chocolatiers takes some time to make their desserts, the quality is unmatchable and the value and price is on point. And they have a greater selection too. Heres the difference between UC desserts and Cookies and Creams.

The food arrived quickly. The crepes was awesome very very tasty. The ice cream was also very good. The prices are good. I was very satisfied. The staff was polite and helpful in my opinion.

Been here a few times as it’s a well known dessert shop. They have a network of franchise all around UK. It’s a good place to visit weather you are with family or mates. They make a good birthday spot too (not just this branch). They are at a good location as there are many food places around it. Makes it a perfect spot to end up in. The reason why it gets a 4 star for me is because the food takes a little while to come out to you. Other than that, everything was good!

This branch of Creams is not short of the delicious taste and quality that this chain is known for. On top of that, it boasts of exceptional customer service with friend and very helpful staff members. Went on a very busy day thanks to the government 50% discount. They managed the queue well while maintaining good safe distancing, allocating tables while you're queuing to order. I also ordered the wrong drinks and got it changed without fuss withing two minutes of noticing it on my bill. The only problem here is parking if you drive. There are very limited pay parking on side roads and every other parking slot is residents only till 9:30pm. If you drive 500 yards further, you'll get parking bays with free parking from 6:30PM
