Great food. Customer service needs a bit of work. One guy is just a bit miserable for the front line work. The rest were very pleasant

·

This place is a Covid den. the tables are laid so close to each other that you could almost breath people's breath sitting at the surrounding tables. The restaurant staff decide where you sit and usually they put you very close to other people. The food was very disappointing too

·

Waited over 2 hours for our food!! The staff are VERY rude as the food is bland to say the least ! will never order here again avoid at all costs!!!

·

Excellent meal last night at Dhaka. Food was delicious, service great. Can highly recommend the Bangla fish!!!

·

Food was lovely, service was not exactly friendly though!

Hadn't been here for years having visited previously. Always had find memories of food being good. On the revisit I must say that the food was as good as I remember. Good work. 5/5.

The biryani is very bland. The staff were rude and not informed about the menu. When I asked them questions about the dishes they just say they do it their own way. Which is fine but doesn't give an indication if they make it traditional or not. The waiters continiously would speak to us across the resturant loudly rather then coming to our table and speaking to us normally. When our food came they brought us the wrong food. I did explain that some of the food isn't ours and they made a mistake. Wasn't sorry or anything about it. I think they were trying to charge us double. I had to force them to go check our order and only then did they go, which I shouldn't have to do as a customer. The Lemonade I ordered was also flat. I'm pretty sure they poured it from a bottle and charge double. Wouldn't go again as it wasn't worth it at all for the overall experince as they need to train their staff better.

AVOID!!! BE AWARE!!!!! STEALING DATA FROM YOUR CARD….The most disgusting place you can ever get the food from as well as the staff are very rude and do not speak a word of English properly because they took card numbers more than three time and other details and apparently they were writing down on the piece of paper and not entering in the machine which could be tampered with. Also my card information could also be stolen by a member of staff to use for other sources and do fraud against my bank account which seems to be very unsafe to order from. Because I asked why they’re taking card details many time they declined the order and cancelled the whole order and wasted 15 minutes of my time trying to take the order. The worst people to deal with lucky I did not order I just looked at a few reviews which really put me off so please be aware before you make any order because very high-level off unprofessionalism will be placed against you. Please avoid this place at any cost and don’t even think of making any orders because of how they manage your data. Writing down my card information which is very sensitive which could be reach of GDPR regulations and be prosecuted by local authority so be aware of giving any of your details to them. The guy on the phone started getting rude soon as I asked why they taking details more than once and also I questioned if they are writing done my card details or not then the guys answer was that they know better than I do when myself work with FCA regulated products and services which is highly monitored and filtered with customers data

Customer service is terrible and food was not fresh, I tried their mix grill and it was terrible. However, their biryani was fine. Persian Biryani is excellent.

We had an excellent takeaway from Dhaka. By far the best place we’ve tried in Walthamstow. Chicken was tender, sauces were flavourful. It was good value compared to other places nearby. We ordered on their website and our order came exactly on time. 5 stars!
