The sweet and sour meal was served with cold, frozen chicken. Very poor cooking. Don’t recommend this place.

New to the area, trying to find the best Chinese. I really enjoyed Dragon Palace, the best so far! Great taste, textures and portions. Very happy customer. Only downside is delivery took a long time but worth the wait.

My favourite go to place for a takeway. Chef accommodates any requirements. Always enjoy the food here.... especially the salt and chillie ribs with extra chilles ofcourse 😉

Delicious and blooming lovely. I'd been so disappointed with local Chinese food that I gave up until a friend told me to try Dragon Palace and thank goodness I did (especially as the sesame prawn toast is the best I've ever eaten). I never get my order delivered, so can't comment on that. Instead I call my order in and then drive down to collect it and when I get back home to Ridgeway Park my food is still piping hot. I highly recommend the Dragon Palace... 10 out of 10.

Best Chinese we've had. Would highly recommend the Szechuan beef, it's unbelievably soft. We've had countless of take aways from local areas but honestly, nothing compares. I wouldn't be put off by the delivery time, reading the reviews I saw that the wait time for some was over an hour or so, but if the food is good it's definitely worth the wait.

Ordered a delivery takeaway from here on Saturday evening just gone and have no complaints at all. When I asked how long it would take...was told 45 minutes and it arrived it well within that time. Great sized portions and will definitely order from here again soon.

I ordered from this place a month ago as my friend recommended them as her local Chinese takeaway. The first order was nice and so I ordered again on Saturday night, well... they said the order will be with me within 45 minutes. I received the delivery over 1 hour and 20 minutes. When the delivery driver came the bag was ripped and it looked as though the food contents came out from dropping. The person tried to conceal back the food packaging but it was soaked and I could see and even took photos.The delivery driver was apologetic and said he will go back and have them make a fresh order and return. Upon return it was the same food sent it was over cooked possibly because the food was not a fresh order but the one previously sent but the containers were just changed. Unfortunately I’m told they have up and down days with their food but for me I’ll pass and will not be ordering again.

Ordered from Dragon Palace a few times now. Ive always struggled to find a reliable Chinese delivery but this one is pretty good. Food has always arrived hot and not too greasy. Ingredients look and taste pretty fresh. Great portions too. Recommend the spicy broccoli in garlic sauce.

First time customer, haven't had Chinese food for a while cos there weren't any decent take aways around so i thought i give this place a try!Took a while for the food to be delivered due to the extra care they took regarding stated allergies, when it got here there was meat in the vegan dish.A quick call resolved this, they were very apologetic and sent the replacement, along with complimentary dishes.Food pricey but you get what you pay for! Dishes are massive and they taste amazing!Great customer service, highly recommended!

I moved out of the area and thought I'd write a review to say thank you to one of the best Chinese takeaways I have found in London.The food is the usual Chinese with no frills, however they seem to use fresher ingredients and either a higher standard of sauce or they make their own, as everything just seems better than the run of the mill takeaways.The owners and family are always friendly and delivery is exceptionally fast.The only time there has been an exception to this is Friday and Saturday evening when the person taking the order can appear flustered and the delivery can take a little while (although even then they will probably beat 9/10 other takeaways), but still be freshly cooked and hot.Have a little patience during their busy times and you will be rewarded with great Chinese food.
