The staff were so welcoming and hospitable. The food was tasty and very affordable. We will be back.

No proper customers service, need to be more polite, very disappointed. Will never come back again. They dont know how to help their customers. Its either you learn to talk to your customers or you'll shut down your business.

I’ve lived in Leytonstone a long time and tried most of the local restaurants apart from this place. The atmosphere always appears to be dead and they never really appear to be busy. Last Sunday I fancied something different so I thought I’d give this place a go. BIG MISTAKE.I ordered a mix grill which apparently was more than suitable for a family of 4. Indeed it would have been if all elements of the mix grill were suitable to eat or tasted good.I immediately didn’t expect much from this place because the customer service was poor from the moment I entered. Not very welcoming or warm - in fact one of the two people serving was miserable. He would not be the type of person I’d want to employ in order to welcome my customers (could be a one off and maybe he was having an off day).The food was prepared efficiently and was well packaged.When I got home; the problems began. Firstly, there were no lamb chops in the mixed grill despite it being a part of the order. I called the restaurant and it turns out it wasn’t a mistake. Apparently they didn’t have any lamb chops so they decided to add extra ribs without even asking or informing me. The guy over the phone could not understand why this was a problem and didn’t even really offer an apology.The mixed grill on the whole was very average. The meats were not consistent. The wings were not bad but everything else was average at best. I’m not sure if the donor here is different but it had a slight tangy taste which was very unusual. I suspected it was bad meat so we didn’t eat it however I could be wrong and it was just the flavour.The flat bread provided was stale - really don’t get the point of serving customers stale bread. I could see it was stale when it was being packaged so was not very supervised. The rice was not fresh either - it appeared to be rice that was cooked days earlier and then heated for this order. These items are basic staple side dishes of any Turkish meal, how can they get this wrong?Considering this is the only Turkish restaurant in the vicinity they are really not taking advantage. They could be absolutely smashing it however a poor attitude and a lack of attention to detail is holding them back.I can safely say I will not be returning to this restaurant. I would love to give them a second chance but I’m not going risk wasting another £35 / £40. The experience was poor, there was no willingness to accept mistake or eagerness to rectify the problems. There are far better options along the entire high road - try them.

Lovely people, very polite, very welcoming. Food was amazing and I was recommended to try the turkish aryan yoghurt which was refreshing and filling at the same time(they didn’t hesitate to offer me on the house as I was skeptical- sweet gesture ❤️). Food is freshly cooked/grilled and no wonder why they have customers who come all the way from Plaistow only to buy the kebabs there(overheard one of their regular customers 😊). I was super full with my now new favourite turkish yoghurt 🥛and I got to try the baklava on my way out...great service, great staffs, great food...you have my loyal custom. 👍🏻

Very delicious, fairly priced Turkish food. The meat seasonings are just right! I love the fresh naan bread, tastes incredible. Good place to get something to eat after tiring day at work. Recommended!

Appalling food and customer service.I don’t usually leave reviews, but god this place was awful.Firstly, 5 of us ordered, every single order was wrong and the staff decided we were at fault that they got the order wrong. p.s they didn’t bring us our correct order, just kept justifying the order they decided to prepare for us. Responded with terrible attitude. I wouldn’t recommend visiting at all.Secondly, the food was very subpar. Ive had better doner, shish and fries from a van off the A12.Thirdly the whole time there was a constant subtle smell of sewage coming from somewhere. Very off putting.Just avoid, not worth the prices.

The best lamb doner I ever tasted, they making some magic with the flat bread it taste different than anything I tried before. So tasty, soft inside, sligly crisp outside, however not always the same sometimes just like regular. Very nice clean place with authentic music, fast, respectful, professional service, generous portions. I used to live in this area back than and really surprised I did not discovered them that time. Anyway I am here right now to enjoy their eastern Turkish hospitality.
