I do not understand on the app sais that they are opened I left home at 10:40 just to stay there and wait until 11:30 and the shop was still closed, I left home I was craving so much for them patisserie, they should change or at least put some notice..

Very nice cafe getting cakes me and my friends had a really good evening having a good coffee cup cappuccino the cakes we had were fantastic only problem I know the owners of this lovely shop can't do much anything is the traffic but we will come again have a delightful cakes and great cappuccino and there were great size cuts for that great coffee

Was walking past this shop and a mice was running around in the shop very visible and even ran in to the bakery machine/ toaster. I notified the staff and she seemed unbothered and walked away from me. Becareful if you eat here!

Visited today and honestly I’m so disappointed! Cakes were not fresh but stale. However that isn’t what really upset me but the fact that I got scammed by the cashier. I ordered a slice of cake and 2 eclairs and couple mini croissants and I got charged £12?!?!?! An eclair isn’t more than £1.5 because I ordered before. She charged me double. I asked her for the receipt and she was struggling to type in the items because she knew she overcharged me. Then she gave me the receipt but I noticed on the receipt the total was £7.5 but I asked why she charged me £12 then she took my receipt and gave me another one which just said £12. I will never come here again.

Very good products and not expensive. You can actually feel the difference from the big stores with products made on a line.

Great service from friendly, people. Beautiful cakes made on the premises and £2 for all coffees. Deserves to be visited more often.

Very bad service.The worst cake i have ever eaten.We ordered a so called diplomat cake for our kids birthday.The cake looked well but as we have eaten good DIPLOMAT cake before we kind of new what to expect.The DIPLOMAT cake they gave us had nothing to do with what should have been.Also the cream did not taste like cream.They must be using artificial ingredients for this.I would definitely not recommend you buy a birthday cake for them.

Iv just moved in to the Walthamstow Village and was taking a walk this morning and I'm sad to even give a 1 star went for a Coffe and I'm sure I see a mouse run between the fridges and when I asked the not so kind lady serving she. Immediately tryed to say that I was crazy and I should leave the shop. So I feel to let the public know please stay away and do not order cakes or anything from the so called GINA'S PATISSERIE it's a no go. I should have noticed when the shop was orange and the rest was purple #should be a butcher shop. Thanks guys and all the very best.....
