Ginger Indian Takeaway in Waltham Forest

Hi just head from there some food it was rosted duck chownmain so the duck was cold, solt&pepper wings was so dry that the filing was that i having wood not wing, and about duck it was tree little piece of duck rest was skin and cold. Definitely wuld not recommend as i head to throw away the food and is was my last money. Thanks for 10£ noodles. Can you see the duck i am not ?!

An experience not to be repeated. Now going by the name Mr Vegan, if you're going to offer "Chinese" food, either get a Chinese chef or someone who can cook Chinese. The fake duck was squidgy rather than crisp and without much flavour. Nothing about the meal hinted of the Orient. A big thumbs down I'm afraid

Really bad. Chicken Ceylon was watery and not spicy, Chicken Tikka Masala tasted like tomato soup. Saag Paneer had no flavour other than large chunks of onion. We had read good reviews of this place so we were really disappointed. Would not order again.

Ordered from Hungry House app. I had to call the restaurant to confirm that I didn't need to buy an extra portion of rice for the biryani special I was ordering. They were very unclear about it and the call was dragged out unnecessarily.Delivery arrived 30 mins later than told, but this was expected as it was a Friday night..Maybe.Food itself was disappointing. Very bland and unappetizing. Would not buy from this restaurant again.

Another fantastic dinner from Ginger. They were fast with delivery, polite at the door and the food was piping hot and incredibly tasty. I left a note saying please no grease as I have a sensitive stomach and they were very receptive to my needs, it was the purest non-greasy korma sauce I've ever had. I love Ginger and they've never let me down.

Our favourite Indian takeaway in the area. Delivery is often quick, and the menu contains lots of unusual dishes as well as all the old favourites. They have many unique and interesting vegetarian options and they are always very tasty.

This is one of the best Indian takeaways I have eaten from. Their food always arrives hot and I like the fact that when ordering online, there is like a countdown clock to show how long before your order arrives.I have not ordered from any other Indian takeaway since.

Up there with the best Indian takeaways i've ever had. Every time is top quality, not too greasy, lovely flavours. Don't know what these bad reviews are about, our household order regularly from Ginger and are always happy. Highly Recommend!

I'm sorry but I need to have a moan. I ordered an Indian takeaway tonight... From Ginger in Forest Road and was utterly disappointed. I would even go as far to say the food was inedible. The curries were extremely dry, extremely tasteless and the onions raw. The poppadums were stale. It got some really good reviews which gave me high hopes but left a really bitter taste in my mouth. The best thing about the meal was the free bottle of coke I got.

(I ordered and picked up, it took about 15 minutes and was ready when I got there.) The food was great, I and everyone else was very pleased. Decently priced: it was around £20 for three of us, with a curry and a rice and a naan each. Very nice, very tasty.We also got a free can of coke and poppadoms and dips! Excellent.
